AFAS Pocket

Slow and mostly not working, since update of Dec 3. Need to use this for booking vacation hours and declarations. Can't use it, very frustrating app. Error message says something about missing SSL certificate and about not reaching server. Loads forever, can't show anything. Ends with error about something that can't be reached or loaded. Update 21/12/21: mysterious works again.

The UI/UX of the application is horrifying. The workflow also has useless steps which requires you to do "nothing" but keeps flooding you with emails of tasks already complete. The app doesn't help to give a seamless experience of information, feels complicated... also changing my own data on it is really a hurdle.. i think someone need to rethink this whole thing.

I could give 0 stars if possible! UI is bad! App is hard to understand! English is bad translation!

Bad performance contact me so i can make the backend in c++ will help alot take a look at QT6 NDK. Java has terrible performance.

Worst experience I've ever had with work related apps, we had one app that had everything in it, paychecks, weekly roster, and a way to ask for days off, and this app can do two thirds of that extremely poorly, paychecks aren't as clear as they were in the other app, asking for days off was complicated and confusing, and I STILL had to use the old app to see my roster, luckily I wasn't the only one who thought this and have since gone back to the old app.

Booking hours is slow. I'm booking the same type of work and hours and stuff practically every day. Why can't I set defaults? Also loading times are quite slow. Other than that, its a wonderful app that probably is making my life a lot easier. It could just be so much better!

I've experienced terrible applications whole my life but this is another level when it combines with the website. When you open the app you get the code scan screen but where will you scan? There is no information on their website about code scan. Website doesn't support English and when you try to translate with chrome you get error immediately. I've seen much more successful high school student projects than AFAS. I cannot understand why a company decides to use this.

A horrible app that needs more and more space on my mobile phone. I can' t free up any more space on my phone. This app has my whole phone hijacked. I need it for my work and now I can't use it anymore because he needs again more space that isn't there any more. Thanks for nothing Afas. I would have preferred to give no star at all.

Works like a champ! Also handy for multiple languages for our international company. We are exited and hoping for additional functions, specially for retracting leave when already approved. Keep up the good work!

I like the fact that I can make me see my payslips you with a collecting everything one thing I hate about it this isn't completely in touch I wish you could be fully in English because is a pot only can be in English but not all the app if they could have that consideration about the fact is that everybody does speak. So it'll be a lot much easier to work with and to be much easier to apply myself better to it

Total garbage, can't even approve hours without app crashing. Tested on multiple phones, always crashes. Can't even approve entire week at once. One of the most user unfriendly apps available. Please ask your company not to purchase AFAS

Activation email requested from the app is not arriving

Catch 22 when forced to install on a new phone On my first phone it worked well, lost my phone, installed on new phone and I scanned QRcode ,entered my email, pincode and app was active. To my dismay I could not connect to my online account. Then logged on to afas-online, the site tells me to open my Afas pocket for the code... Guess what....NO CODE! Catch 22 and no other way to get my online account connected in the Afas pocket app on my new phone.

The check mark doesn't appear when I log in on my computer. It ask me for fingerprint, but I didn't activate it and finally when I request sign by msg because of all of that, it take long time before I get the code.

No push notification Very important PUSH NOTIFICATION as a new message arrived please and I hope you can resolve this issue very soon as possible. And I cannot change or delete profile picture this is very downward about this app. I hope you can improve it.

Great to have AFAS functionality available in the app! My admin is so much simpler and more efficient now, and I haven't had any hitches using the app so far.

It's handy. fine to work with. but there are a few things they should incorporate in it. things like: aanvraag Hrm, facilitaire zaken. Intrekken vakantie. but all by all it's great to work with it

Support for Google Pixel face unlock would be appreciated. The new pixel phones don't come with a fingerprint scanner.

Great possibilities for moments when you are not behind a computer, but still want to have digital contact with the office or look up customer information.

It's handy when your on the move ,just to log in and see what is what, it's very clear and you don't have to go throw lot's of apps to get what you need.

On occupancy page, once scroll down, can't scroll up, can't believe it, this is so basic.

push messaging doesn't work and so quick logon doesn't work either.

My phone recently was stolen, so downloaded this app, signed in with the website and QR code but rhere isn't any documentation just some codes and a countdown and a new code??????

Each time i try to log in, it shows the server error???

Easy to use. Better organized than the desktop version
