This app does not work. Can't login. Just freezes up on the login screen. Even after loading for 20min still nothing. Please fix. Can't get the most out of my account through the website. So the app is a must.

The app does not work. When I try to sign in I always get Sorry. The service is currently unavailable. For Locations I get message Warning. We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later.

My experience is as follows: I am the beginning and the ending. Rev 68 Psalm 68
No issues thus far. I've had a business account with Ascend for a few months now and zero complaints with the app. However, customer service is a bit difficult outside of normal business hours.
