No customer service contact options. There is no way I can message the customer service, no email , no phone number. I simply can't talk with them to sort a problem. Also the app keeps asking to log in as it doesn't remember my log in credentials. Easy to use but useless when you have a problem to solve
Not happy with their customer service! I booked ferry with them, when traveling from Italy to Greece. Missed the connecting ferry due to 3 hours delay of the first. Had to travel from Brindisi to Bari by train and book another ferry with them for next day. Over 50 Euro out of the window. I'm just asking for a refund of the first, since obviously I can't take both ferries. Both booked with them. Customer service doesn't even read nor reply!
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used! I've found a ferry and price was £131, then I thought why not to log in to get additional 5% off? After login to get discount the price rised up to £134. What kind of discount is this? Then I sterted to search in Google for the same ferry and in a few minutes I've found exactyly identical ferry in price of £127. Deleate this app as I did
I booked the ferry and I canceled to take another ferry. It was so quick and I couldn't react as I was on the way. A refund was refused and the ticket could not be changed Since I have always used the A FERRY, I will no longer do this and book my bookings directly through the relevant shipping company
I usually use a laptop for this and it would have been helpful if the app could access my existing account. Also there is a constant error message. Otherwise a good app.
looks as if app has been uodated. it used to show what accomodation was included in the price. That doesn't seem to be shown now ( for Bruttany Ferries). looks like its gone backeards for me.
Rubbish app. If you're got any issues, it's impossible to get in touch with them as they have no phone number or email, just through the app where they don't even respond.
Terrible company, refusing to refund for cancelled ferry crossings. Operators confirmed they have sent the refund to aferry, but they are refusing to refund it to us. Don't book with them, you have no protection if anything goes wrong.
Changed departure without asking. Couldn't change booking because it took more than 12 hours before they replied. Better use a more reliable app...
Every time you touch any button you have to go through a Capcha series of pics. Not just once but again and again! Complete pain!
Not possible to log in to the account on mobile! Only on my pc even using same mail address and password. Tried to uninstall and reinstall several times
1 star is generous. App crashes. Chat not visible when keyboard enabled. Staff blatantly lied and don't care. Don't bother, book direct.
They took my money ,didn't send an confirmation email. And they will not let me login to find my details! No customer service number !!!
A Finders app very bad customer service phone number can't get through it says my booking can't amended can change it very bad up very bad customer service not getting back for the customers
I made a reservation and on the last page on the payment I got a completely different reservation and when I contact them about the details of the reservation they charged me extra to change my reservation
If you wish to make changes to your booking it should show the booking changes. Then you are able to review your changes before paying the difference.
App is OK for booking crossings but never remembers my ID, I have to log in every time I open the app.
The service is the worst, they say modification is possible and then they never answer for the request or answer when it is too late.

Terrible. No phone number. Took out Aferry travel insurance at £114 and no phone number to ask why we are abandoned in france. No one will answer me.
Sometimes get stuck when you want to change your card ,for example when you need to make a change in your booking, and you must pay for this...
We have never experienced any problems when booking or traveling will be using again to book next year

There seems to be a bit of a scam going on. Last year it was impossible to book pets onto a crossing except by booking and then amending a ticket, paying to amend it. This year when you book 2 pets onto a crossing the booking system only shows 1. So you have to amend it and pay again. This happened to me. I then found that the ticket was still only showing 1 pet and ended having to pay extra at the port. I did get a refund, but only for 1 of the 2 extra payments I had made. So beware.
