The service is okay once I get adjusted.
Im having issues with the new app. I cant access specific accounts. Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Its maling the problem worse.
Absolutely do not like the app. It is not user friendly and just difficult to navigate overall.
not user friendly, JUST LET ME LOG IN I I c.f. Agreed just let me log in, maybe using people to test the Website who match population your serving. I know I'm not a computer (or phone) geniusKeep it simple stupid!!!!

You have to know who, how much, and when to pay because it doesn't present you with your current bills due.
It would be nice to see holds, pay bill, and see both balances. I feel this app is not a true benefit. I will continue to use the internet as the app does not show me enough information.
I want to deposit checks and it won't show me the option to do so.
I'd love to see our money market account but the app only shows our savings account.
Simple, no frills app. I rarely have any problems using this app. I can easily check my transaction history and balances. I typically switch to a web browser to do anything more substantial like bill pay, but the app is able to do that too (although it's a bit clunky).
