Constantly kicks my login info out. When I try to log back it doesn't recognize my login info. So I end up resetting my password. You are not connected to Samsung pay grrr. You don't show balance when viewing transactions. **Update Now it won't even reset the password. I've been with you for years but it's time to go.
App will no longer open after selecting
The new upgrade is a big improvement from the first app. transfers are much easier and faster and less frustrating.
Easy navigation, accurate balances. This is a good app for managing your accounts, and finances.
Deposit notifications would be a nice feature....also it's kicks you out randomly sometimes

App Jack's up login every few months. Tells you your password isn't correct when it you know it is straight trash!
It is very hard to enroll and the employees were not trained to educate the customers!!!! Very SAD

The Customer Service Representative was very pleasent and very detail on all there different type of banking and savings account and helping you open the account thats right for you.
MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY.
The online format has become more user friendly regarding navigation through the available menus..and the mobile app is a convenience for (quick glances at info and card management on the go). Enjoy : )
Their Electronic Services I have to admit suck they seem very impatient with Me when I talk to them.It feel like they just want to get me off the phone real quick makes me want to go back to my old 🏦
I wish you could deposit checks on this app like chase.
