not enough information visible at top screen, just icons. In general, app isn't particularly easy to use, or understand its features and benefits. UX is a challenging art and science. Good luck!
The card app was working until I had to remove it and reinstall. Now I don't get notifications when the card is being used. The IT support has been not helpful. Put in request 2 weeks ago and they still have not resolved the issue. The card app is great when working properly.
App doesn't seem to work in newly released Android 10. Just crashes immediately on start. I was unable to unlock my card. Had to go to Branch for them to delete my mobile profile. App worked as expected before that although it was somewhat slow.
Does not launch. Stopped working at some point following an update (Android or app). Restarting phone and reinstalling does not work. Support is missing.
Now there's a problem. The app tells me to update the app. But when I click update, in sent to the playstore with no update appearing for the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists.
Nice app for changing settings on my card but it would be nice if it showed me my recent transactions, especially the ones it sends me alerts for.
Alerts are great, but it would be awesome if you could click the notification for more detail (the the amount and full retailer name) or see a lit of pending/cleared charges
It protects your card from theft when you lock it which is a plus for everyone, though I wish it would stop asking me to update when it's up to date that's my only complaint.
App is broken. I had to reinstall to make it work after which it worked once, but stopped working again.
Great app! Affinity FCU is such an awesome credit union and their checking and savings accounts rock!
App fails to load. Gives an error message that never goes away. Is this app still even supported anymore????

It keeps telling me to update the app and not letting me enter it, after I have reinstalled it twice.
Very useful for travel notice and push notifications for charges
Seems redundant from the main banking app. Why not consolidate all the features into a single app?
I've tried countless times to use this app over the last 2 years. It ALWAYS says to try again later
I'm unable to open the app because it's requesting an update and there is not one available.
It would be better if I could see all transactions, including new ones just approved.
Right there with everyone else, the app doesn't work on 10.
Would love to be able to access and manage my authorized user credit card on my account and set my own limits and restrictions and receive alerts if/when they use the card.
Upgrade broke app. Can't transfer money anymore. Ugh. Plz fix.
"Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." Over and over and over again. And if you don't try again within a very limited amount of time, you have to enter ALL information all over again.
I eof the apps and credits unions I have been a part of. Highly recommended!

...so far this app does not work. It continues to ask for an update ( though it was updated). Now, the app doesn't open unless you click the update bar, and when you do click it, it redirects back to the update screen...thus, rendering the app useless. Update- App has been fixed! Thank you.... Changed rate to a 5....app does exactly as described
