Just started using

I wish you can listen to it with the screen turned off and that you can get it to replay for a longer time. I like to use this app before go to sleep, seems to be the only time my mind will let me listen and it helps me sleep as I focus on the words. But it is annoying to have to cover the phone, flip it over, or cover my eyes to enjoy.

it's okay. you have to provide a email address to even get started (fail), and then any affirmations they have have to be downloaded. if all all you want is affirmations, you can play YouTube videos filled with affirmations if that's all you want and it won't take up space and storage on your phone. this app is neither good nor bad. just meh. i was expecting something more i guess.

Wish it would work in the background or with a split screen. Also the law of attraction affirmations had some hiccups in language and background noise but otherwise an awesome app so far.

I am combining this with the Miracle Morning protocol. The timing is perfect and I really enjoyed the affirmations and the speaker's voice.

This app is really amazing and made me realize that I already have most of the things they mentioned in the affirmation but sometimes we need that voice to remind us how much we can do for ourselves to have a better life and never give up on us.
