Great gameplay. Love the different cats. I do not feel like I have to play this 24/7 to achieve strong characters. My problem is the arena. Even if you are winning, and the time runs out, it counts as a defeat. That ain't cool. I reccomend just counting it as a win. If I had a bit more time, I would defeat the last cat or 2. Also would be nice to login and not have microtransactions thrown in my face.
Been playing for a few weeks and loved the game. But there has ALWAYS been excessive lag almost ALL of the time. I was willing to live with it but now the game is locking up when i do a summon and when i check on the auto fighting, the screen is black and i cant watch videos for double resources (or for the double reward in the market). I would love to give this game a higher rating but I'm left disappointed by it just not running the way it should be.
Awesome game, fun and diverse. You can play it for 2 minutes or an hour. Good balance and use of strategy at points, other than that, highest lvl cat pretty much wins. Would give 5 star but after a few minutes of the game being open, the frames go all chunky and the screen nearly unresponsive. So needs a bit of optimisation for comfort. Overall, very good job devs.
so far the game is amazing, my only complaint is sometimes when I go into a boss fight the game will freeze up, the animations all work but my cats won't fight. they'll just stand there in an infinite standstill. I have to restart the app to get it to work again.. other than that the game is super addictive. i got really lucky and got a 5 star right off the bat!
so far the game is very enjoyable for me. the concept is the main part, the art that i dont mind at all. but the gameplay needs improvement: if u guys can tone it down abit on the graphic and effects, the game would be much easier to load on out-of-date phones. AND, the reward for spending 100 gold keys, is outrageous. grind up 100 keys may not be that simple, people may have to play the game for quite some time.yet u guys put the price tag on the prize.
AFK Cats is quite entertaining. It helps pass the time, yet it doesn't demand constant attention, which is something I can appreciate. One feature that I may suggest is a stage skip option. At certain VIP levels we can skip fights/ads, so I think it would be fair to incorporate a stage skip of some sort to help speed the grind up, or maybe have the new starting point somewhere in the middle. If the formula to upgrade cats could be tweaked to use less cats, this would make it close to perfect.
Have been having a lot of mindless fun until the recent update. The new event started, I used a bunch of my basic keys, and none of them counted for the event. It's really quite fun but riddled with bugs and crashes a fair bit. Edit: As you can see, they were quick to fix the issue and compensate, so I'd like to update my rating.
The game is fun however the main issue Im getting is crashing. Happens several times a play session sometimes. Outside of that the rank up amount of dupes is pretty ridiculous. multiple of the character AND more fodder units is excessive. That said before you get to the point where you "need" to have ranked up characters its a pretty fun idle game. Edit: Crashing has increased. Too bothersome to deal with. Game was fun while it lasted.
A fun Idle RPG, especially if you like cats! The rates are pretty decent. You can still clear stages with upgrades and strategizing even without some higher star units (at least early on where I'm at). Just 2 things for me personally: 1. When the mouse needs you to watch an ad it plays immediately. Maybe a prompt to confirm if players want to watch a video? 2. There's no option to check linked accounts. Not sure if the game links to Google Play Games
Edit: i was really enjoying the game but have noticed several small issues lately mostly graphic related. However lately i cannot tap the x10 button when hiring and now the friends list isn't working. I tap reccomended and nothing displays. I will change my review once these issues are fixed. I can't help but feel disappointed. So far the game is cute and has entertained me longer than some apps even last on my phone
Fun idle game, cool characters, and not difficult but not easy. It makes it easy to get high star characters however does not make it easy to equip and strengthen them. You cannot win the game via idle or for staring at it for hours, it requires a bit of both unless you pay to win.
This was a 4 to 5 start game. But since this last update, the game keeps crashing saying I've lost internet when I haven't. When this happens I lose the last 5 minutes of the game. I usually summon all my cats, claim all mail rewards, double claim level rewards, send and reciever hearts, upgrade cats, then the game crashes and I have to do it again. This happened the times on a row.
Its great, even free to play. The end game grind of hoping to grab the right cats to level up one star then the whole process of getting two more up to get it up one more star to level past 120 without paying is a lot. If you dont then you wont progress past that. Maybe if it was changes to where you need more fragments or something rather then 3 extra of one cat you can seam to get again
I'd give it 5 stars if not for impossible lagging it puts my phone through. Literally gets to the point where my UI crashes. Ads won't load half the time ruining my chances for double loot. Battles get as bad as 1 fps. Impossible to close when it freezes. Please fix this and I will change my review. Playing on Xperia XZ. Not a slow phone at all.
Credit where credit's due. Entertaining gameplay, adorable graphics, no intrusive ads. However, there are a few bugs with the user interface. Occasional glitch and lag, sometimes unresponsive and ruins the experience but overall, solid game. 2 weeks and I can't stop playing.
Fun at first, but turns into an endless joyless grind with weeks between each small upgrade- IF you put hours per day into doing in-game chores. If you want a second job, I recommend getting one that pays you. Google's algorithm wants me to tell it if this is a "dentist game", and I I am almost tempted to say yes based on the endless grinding and the decay of my free time. :)
Error in the moon/sun catacombs. 2 stars only until it's fixed. Hope it is an easy job for you guys to fix. Game fixed. Now just waiting for a help from the support team to restart the game, due to some wrong decisions in game, just to be able to have some new heroes upgraded. Thanks
The game is pretty straightforward. But there are very clear progress walls and the resources needed to progress get pretty crazy pretty fast. The only events we have had have either been for whales to really get anything out of them or events where you better have been hoarding every resource to complete or you are S.O.L. the guild feature still hasn't been implemented. No new cats. The game has just been stagnant and uninteresting for a while now. Edit: came back, no changes...
I love this game and how cute the animations are but I hate pay to win set ups(VIP ridiculousness). Seems the game can't handle ads if I'm playing over an hour even tho they are half the time of most ads. Game freezes after several ads and I lose out on an hour or longer worth of "idle" double rewards. I still get the normal rewards so it's just irritating to lose out on double equipment. Otherwise game is great tho it looks like some cats are VIP only? Guess we live in a PtW world.
Everything is locked except the recruiting option. I recruit when the timer lets me and it becomes stuck on a loading cycle and i can't claim the recruit. I force close after several minutes of nothing loading and restart... Everything except recruiting is still locked. As far as idle games go, this is easily one of the worst. I can't even interact with it in order to give it a proper review. Fantastic first impression.
Overly nice game with stylish graphics and cute cat-themed perks. However, for me it soon (5 mins of gameplay) runs into performance problems (to freeze foreve in the ultimate end) which is bad because there's absolutely nothing complicated about the visuals and I use to run much more advanced 3D games on the same device.
Fun little idle game with cool cat graphics. Only issue i am having so far is the "watch an ad for double rewards" more than frequently when i do this, during the ad, the game freezes and i have to reload the whole game. Losing my double reward chance. If this gets fixed i will change to 5 stars.
Love this game. Actually the only game I have played for more than a few minutes.. I would however love to see different leader skills rather then them all being the same, also it would be awesome to have more team slots so instead of rebuilding a team whenever you want to change it you could have preset teams. Keep up the good work! Thank you
Pretty decent idle game with alright mechanics, but the catacombs are broken and won't start a battle. Tried it 4 times and all 4 times the enemy team appears but not mine and it's stuck there. I can't quit, I can't skip because I haven't reached floor 1501. Fix this please, cause this is in the daily missions so you HAVE to do it once a day.
Im loving the game. Its fun to play but sometimes it crashes especially when im playing ads to claims some rewards it gets stuck in the video ads and the game stops working and sometimes the game is lagging making it difficult to touch thing. Please fix this your games are awesome hope to improve more give solution to those problems I've encountered in this game. Thankyou❤️❤️
