Poor app at best. Why not allow agents to scan a file and email a claim for policy holders. Aflac has done some dumb things in the past but this may be the dumbest yet. The app takes horrible pictures of documents and is tedious to use if you have a lot of documents to upload

I find the field force services page easier to use. There are a lot of limitations and frustration I face trying to use the Agent Hub, but it is very useful for checking pended business and tracking my progress. It definitely has value, it just needs a few improvements, preferably inspired by the individuals for whom its use was intended.

Putting the date of birth in....please tell me there is a better way. I had to go back to 1969....it won't let me just put the info in, I had to use the calendar which meant I had to scroll through each month of each year until I got to 1969. A complete time waster! Certainly current technology can be better than that!

Update: this issue was resolved, however the app does take a while to update new AP written. Every time I open this app and log in, it clears the username and password lines and stays on the log in page. I have a newer phone, so it should be compatible. If this issue is fixed, I will be more than happy to give a 5 star rating and excellent review. My DC tried to help me figure this out and we were both stuck.

I use it for claims and if the patient is different than the policy holder I have to type in the birth date but it will not let you type in the birthday. You have to use the calendar and scroll. It takes about 5 minutes to scroll from October 28th 2020 to October 11th 1959 if you're wondering. ... So after an explanation of how to get to a year without pressing the back button, I would like to change my review. So far so good super easy to use.

Downloading this app is much more difficult than it needs to be. I get a screen with no options or instructions, just a rotating code that changes every few seconds. There's no instructions and no help. I get a message to "reping"

Love it. it is frustrating everytime you do a update it makes me completely log back in and it is a pain. Even though I give the right password it doesn't recognize it and I have to change then turn around and change on my laptop and tablet.

Why when I open it it keeps saying I am running a version no longer supported and takes me to play store, but there is no update available. When I open it takes me to version I already have. I cant use it because I'm in an eternal loop. Have even uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

My main job is filling claims all day and i can't access this app! My phone did any update on 10/21/21 and now I can't get on agent hub app. Call IT was told to make sure all updates done delete app, turn phone off and reistall - have done this process over 10 times to be told its my phone not the app. I also cleared all cookies and caches from phone. Went to Verizon and spent an hour to be told it's the app. How do I send wellness and PVB claims in when the app doesn't work?

Seems I have to first do an update EVERY time I use the Agent Hub! Very annoying and time consuming. Other than that, it's a great help as an alternative to filing a SmartClaim.

If there was a way to make putting in the date of birth for everyone different. Sitting here having to hit an arrow key back to any year is a little crazy. If you have to go to 1952 you have to sit there and hit arrow key back. It takes a little longer than it should.

When I log in, it asks for my verification twice, and then the loading screen doesn't stop loading so I don't have access to the app itself though i can see the first screen.

It is not user friendly. When you send in extra paper work needed you send in as a new claim. Then it sits and waits to be looked at. It would be easier if they had an existing claim or pending claim tab.

Cannot get app to work. I have tried to reinstall and still not working. I have emailed IT and gotten no response. We are not allowed to fax in claims, cannot hold onto claims for more than 24 hours...and yet the only other option doesn't work. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Everytime I update I cant send in claim. You dont want us to fax claims because of policyholder information but leave us with one option that doesnt work. How do we send a claim the same day if we cant load paperwork on app that doesnt work and we cant fax the claim. Fix the problem and give better solutions please.

I can't figure out some days why it doesn't work. It just spins. When it works it is perfect and I love the emails to confirm receipt. Today is one of those days when it doesn't work and there are no updates.

To put in policyholder date it requires going back month by month from today's date. The app won't move forward past the first page. Very disappointed.
