Fix the App for your own sake of your business, Why the App require to enable storage access unless I'll gonna upload files, Why the orientation of the display is so inconsistent and annoying, the app don't know whether landscape or portrait view, I suggest you test your own App by your own Computer and Cellphone, that's why you're aware of your own terrible job

This company really does cheap out on their apps and websites. They make them so heavy to the point the apps are consistently unresponsive. These bugs magically change every no and then. At the moment they have a huge bug where you will be stuck on a loading screen forever when you click on a stream. Also changing the resolution of the stream makes you stuck on a loading screen forever. It's ridiculous that they don't spend their money on developing their company Lmao.

It's laggy and feels very slow and heavy. This app needs to be entirely re-coded to work effectively.

the login/sign up is a mess, the layout is too. It's so hard to change things on my profile because the settings is more of a mess than a teenagers room

It buffers frequently, and the controls are terrible. You can never touch the screen without it thinking you are changing the volume or seeking on the video. It is also very hard to control what time you want to seek your video to accurately. The mobile app is just bad.

absolutely trash even though my internet is perfect stream just play for 10 sec and then start to load it's happening after updating the app looks like I need to stop using this trash app . it's so annoying

You guys need to fix the "Sign Up" option I have tried multiple times to sign up an account in "AfreecaTV" but it won't let me. Now the site and the app has blocked me from signing up an account because it said "I have tried multiple times." Please help! I want to follow and be updated to watch my favorite streamer!

Unstable and many issues

I changed devices and had to log out, and I can't seem to be able to login. 4 emails asking to help me recover my account have gone unanswered. It won't allow me to recover my password because it doesn't recognize my username. If I try to sign up using my old username, it says it's unavailable. Username TaiwanLiveTV is still active. The truth is, no matter what I try to use for a username, it absolutely will not let me sign up with a new account.

Is asking for too much permissions, you must give permission to everything in your phone for it to work please reduce this permissions for our privacy a specially contacts and files like photos, videos, and other documents, please I don't feel safe to give permission to everything in my phone.

No! You don't need permission to access my files, photos, contacts, and phone status in order to play a video! And therefore I uninstalled immediately without running it. Garbage.

I can watch Korean live stream smoothly even being in foreign country. It will be better if I can switch between Korean or English apps interface easily without changing my phone language

good apps but to bad, loading time soooo long, when i was watching a broadcast it always crashing ("to many viewers" warning keep on pops up, force me back to vaforite bj list). no satisfaction at all

HOW COME FOREIGNERS CAN'T USE PAYPAL TO SUBSCRIBE TO STREAMERS. aIt pathetic how archaic and unintuitive this app is. for example: you can downgrade the stream quality it live broadcasts from the real time source to low settings. but in VODs you can only downgrade to medium settings?????? Pathetic.

If you are experiencing video buffering, try watching the exact same video on web browser. You'll understand why u have to delete this app RIGHT NOW. Thank me later.

I can't even stream myself! Whenever I just on my live it gets cut off and says showing error! Why? As for I am not able to also sign up on the account so I had to link Google account! Yet I can't stream coz it keeps showing error and I can't even do live

I downloaded the app but havent been able to signup. keeps telling me that the username i am trying to use is unavailable. i sent emails but havent received any replies. could the developers reply to me here.

After the latest update, now i cant play the video and live streaming , even though i have a strong and fast wifi signal

I tired to sign up. it keeps saying ID unavailable. i tired even random alphabets and still it says ID I type isn't available.

Updated opinion: was greatly improved and now having destroyed the app they now destroy the website: listing videos and clips by date has disappeared. What on earth is "theatre": you can't filter it?

Login and sign in is big big mass. I been literally try to login 4 three hours but still won't work.
