I don't know why these people never respond to reviews. But there are serious upgrades that need to be made as of 2018 Dec. *First, your transaction fees are still too high yet most fees have been cut by government. Makes it hard for business. *2nd, you need to update your Data rates. The rates you have are for 2017. After that, get them working. Buying data bundles never works! *3rd, there are still some server delays. It took over an hour 4 a transaction with a pissed off client at my door.

I hate repeated logins. try to include a keep me logged in option and cancellation of pending transactions . i face challenges convincing my clients that the transaction will finally go thru and it eventually does after more than 12hrs when the client has reclaimed his money!! maybe still, get azam on the pay tv option as well. thanx

This app is really amazing, my thanks goes to the team of africapay, you combined so many tgings at just a single click . You even go on and call your customers to see if they face any problems, this is an app that everyone with a smartphone should have

It could be a nice way of earning some extra cash as the commission is immediate and good too but incase of network shortages when crediting your Apay wallet,you loose your money and nobody gives a damn even if you keep calling for 1000 times!!!

Its sooo poor that when you are retrieving back the account you are asked the security questions when you give different answers from the first time or even same answer as at the start it just tells you wrong answer. That's wastage of time ciz the number is mine if you cannot put back the person's account without asking those it would the best app but it's wastage of time.

Keep upgrading i have hope in this app coz hav experienced positive changes for a year now, settle the yaka issue especially but thanks for your service and good commission

please guys this app is the worst you can use my account was frozen and it took months without being opened and those responsible were not bothered even when i called them.

My app is always crushing . icant do transaction ..I cant login and if I login it crashes imediately. Please iam loosing customers. Do something.

It's indeed the money making wallet...the commission is ok, secure and instant.

How comes that i only see the commission for that partucular day and still when the day passes, i cannot see the accumulated commission...please management help me on that issue

Its good and easy, but its sometimes slow during utility payments, More so yaka.

It annoyes me when a customer pays 33000 for dstv access and it deduct 34000 from my account. Pliz check multichoice subscribers otherwise am soon leaving yo ki app.

what exactly do you mean with Africell mobile money features added in your app update? I did the update but nothing new is in!!! you guys never seize to bemuse me
