African Drum Simulator

Ever wanted to play on an African drum but didn't want to pay for the hefty price tag? Well, now you can! With African Drum Simulator, you can play wherever you go. You have the option of playing on 4 different types of African drums:
1) Djembe2) Djun Djun3) Conga4) Ashiko

For each drum, you have 6 different notes you can play which were recorded with the type of drum they represent. The notes on the right side of the screen correspond to the notes you'd play with your right hand and so on with the notes on the left. Additionally, the shape of the icon for each note is the shape your hand would be if you were to strike a real drum.

So have some fun and make some music on the go! For better quality sound, try using headphones while you play!

As a passionate student of African drumming, I was hoping to find an app to help me tune my drums and make sure my sounds were on point. Little did I know that this perfect app was out there, waiting for me to drum away. Thanks Apps by MNM Applications!

What was the "passionate African drummer" in the review below talking about? How can you tune your drum to other drums you do not know the dimensions of? he must be the.deveopers friend. The djembe didn't have proper tone or slap, and no matter how slowly and steadily I played the most basic simple afro samba, it couldn't and wouldn't Do it for me. Completely useless. Might entertain babies briefly.
