Age of Colonization: Economic strategy

The game was extremely slow paced, like watching paint dry. I understand that these kinds of games could be slow but the rate at which this game progressed, it made even the smallest of task extremely long. This game does not play in the background either which makes it even more annoying to play. Overall has great potential, just the speed at which the game progresses needs work.

interesting game so far, it's keeping my interest well enough. My only major complaint is the fact that the tutorial really only covered the absolute basics, then threw me into the game. thankfully I've played a lot of games similar enough that I was able to learn the menus and mechanics pretty quickly. Definitely explore all the menus and read everything thoroughly. there's a lot of miniscule details that can have dire consequences.

Strategy based for sure with much to consider. In fact you can become very involved within the many aspects of the overall picture of the game. Its enjoyable if you're into very strategic, time based, cerebral gaming. Its not a big money grab as most are now. You get a lot out of it but you must put quite a bit of time thinking out your overall game plan. So if you're into such games it won't disappoint!

ATTENTION DEVELOPERS: Good game but it could be better. It would be nice if you could play online (multi-player) as well, also it needs more countries. If you could choose between different periods of time it would help a lot. It needs an "easy"/"hard" mode.

It has the mark for something great, but you start out so disadvantaged, and it won't let me annex states. You don't get anything from attacking other places either. Would be perfect if conquering didn't take an hour to save up to.

The game is very fascinating. It's difficult at first but gets easy with time. I suggest you limit the rate at which the population diminishes and the waiting time. Also you don't see any significant impact on your economy after colonizing a territory.

It's a great strategy game; yes it can b annoying/ hard to work out but after a few hours you can get the basics and after a day you can work it out a lot more. The graphics are great and animations are good.

it's a simulation Game, where you become a ruler of any selected nation. You need to manage it, don't let your ppl starve, train troops, and annex your neighbor! Gold is scarce, you can get it by watch adds. But if you don't want to, that's okay, you maybe can win the game, but it will take a very long time~

Good game but you did like 3 or more games like this but all in all its good, only ask is to have a difficulty in this game and countries that have more aggression every difficulty unlike the countries in this game with no aggression and easy to kill once you have 10000 horsemen that is upgraded to level 10 and AI should upgrade their armies too depending on their difficulty.

This game is pretty cool the only problem is that the options that are popped out on the side disturb you with certain things like maybe upgrading certain workshops or facilities making you end up in the map it's just they are on top of the upgrade button plz fix that. Also add the playstore save progress.

it is a very good game indeed, however very unintuative. I managed to figure out what I assume is everything, except there is one huge issue, the 'rulers rating' is unclear. what are we being assessed on? consumption? gold income? happiness? my rulers rating was steadily decreasing from 52 all the way to 8, then it suddenly recovered. I'm not sure what I did differently. this system has a huge impact on loosing the game and yet it is unclear. Great game though, keep up the good work :)

Great game, when i saw the image for the game as well as the name i expected to be able to colonize the americas, but thats only a minor inconvenience, because the game is captivating with features. In short great, hope you focus more on the colonizing aspects in future updates but all in all im pleased.

Has great potential. But it goes totally annoying after 12-13 years of play. Although you built tons of food production buildings, your popularity continues to fall. You should add more military units like tercios, pikemen, halberids, swordsmen etc. Colonization is too difficult. But after all, great game!

You start off with your county that has no real encomy and you need to fix it by rushing to build everything. Maybe I'm playing wrong but viewing ads to increase monthly income in what is trying to be a historical economy game doesnt make sense. The trade doesn't make any sense you buy for 3-4 times what you sell for. I'd like to be able to buy a bunch of a resource and hold and sell them later. Maybe a crisis triggers price increases.

Although the game's pontential is promising the interface and the menu are not user-friendly and a bit chaotic.Another thing is that the in-game info is not sufficient in many parts,which leaves me wondering how to act next. If they chamge the interface,the game will be a 10/10 instantly.

I used to play this game alot but now I can't remember when I last played, the reason I no longer play is 1 thing: that you need gems to speed up building instead of gold. It takes to long to build when you run out of gems and because late game you have a booming population it becomes impossible to keep up with demands, your popularity falls, and you lose. Literally everything else is great but now I don't play knowing that I can't win anyway.

It is quite fun and all but it is extremely difficult,but if you have patience you will be able to get through it,one piece for the devs to work on might be the fact the AI and their assemblies on annexation happens too often and can be quite a pain,also could you lower the pricing or just make the 2x speed button free,as it can be really boring just sitting around doing nowt

When I start playing this game, I didn't understand a single thing about the game so I uninstalled it. But I feel bored during these CORONA lockdown days so I try it again. Now I am very addictied to this game and can't stop playing. I will give 5 stars if time taken for research and army marching is shorter. However, if you are fan of strategy games, I recommend you to play this one.😉

Good strategy game but there's one problem and it's its production of food. Any country I choose has the same problem, well a bit easier when playing as Ming Empire ,but can you make its production higher and may add the American continents because it will be really great. Anyways keep up the good job

At first the game is too dificult and that's why most of the people leave it and giving low ratings but after 15-16 years the game is "too" easy, at first i thought it's impossible to conquer the world but i did it, took me 121 years. I didn't even spent a single money. I recommend to people who makes great streagy,( sorry if my english is wrong😅)know how to handle tough situaition, and most importenly, who have patience. I really like the game so much for Time pass.THANK YOU for this game dev

cool game; strategy, economy, war, and non-stop ads, have fun! played for a day, works great on my Motorola, samsung, huawai, all quad core or higher. the only possible bugs i could find were random events that negatively affect civilian population regardless of the governments approval rate (50 or higher). maybe im wrong, but i will keep playing, if only to see how long you have to keep building wood and rock quarries before you can actually begin enjoying other supply chains.

It's a fun game, but too many ads. I even paid for zero ads, but earning money in the game is so hard, you still have to watch them. Either that, or you continually dumb money in the game. It has potential. I liked the game better when "Scientific Atheism" was a religion, but I'm bias.

Very fun, with the Battle update it's even more fun, bat can you make it so that you can have an option to annex only a part of a country, instead of all of it? I don't want to conquer the world and have unrealistic borders.

Although I love this game (Like other Oxiwyle games) my biggest issue with this game is the Lack of The Americas, anything below North Africa, Oceania, and the like. It makes no sense to call it Age Of Colonization, when there is really nothing to colonize outside of Europe, Asia, The Middle East, and North Africa.
