It is an Oasis Game and the great grandfather of all similar naval games copied and sold by Oasis. Nothing more to say except - poor development -poor service- poor stale gameplay after you learn the basics. Do not spend or spend very very little. Be prepared for them to self-destruct the game eventually.
Used to play this game and loved it. Customer support is lacking now. I lost my log in and have not received help with getting back into game after my phone reset. This is after spending money on the game.
This is probably my favorite game. You do not have to spend big bucks to play. But, remember anything you spend helps pay for continued development and supports the developers. So, I have spent money. It was worth it.
Would be nice to be able to add more events with diamond rewards an have the captain as well as the ships events last longer than just one day how bout having those events last 5 days long instead just one
Great game! It would be nice to have some conveniences at lower VIP levels, but still enjoyable.
I think new owners of this game are conartist and really just complete asses they dont give a dam about you just ur money the original owners were great..will never play a game with happy universe or anybidy else associated with this game new owners have ruined it.im pete on california server lvl 178 been here for 3 yrs dont play get better results if u throw ur money out the window of a moving car or give it to ur kids

What happened to the limited bonus Section, it's gone . With the amount of $ I have invested in this game I feel like I've been robbed and years of experience wasted. WHY ?

u pay for events and it's a 50/50 chance u get what u pay for. trying to contact them and showing them what u paid for is nearly impossible !!
Can never get hold of any designers to tell about issues/problems found. Think they only want your money ????

Seems like the developer doesn't care enough to fix problems. Played for about 5 years, and spent a lot of money in game. The developers no longer care when there are problems with the game, and they will never reply to you. They have gotten too greedy and this game is becoming nothing but pay to win. Any special event they have, they expect you to spend at least $100 to get any kind of reward/prize, and $500 for prizes that actually help you. Their greed is now causing lots of players to leave, this game is no longer worth playing.
unfortunately the servers are now either full of cheats or less likely people who have spent $99.99 per day over a full week
Iv used skill manual to up grade to lv 9 a few times and used 700 ish just tried this morn and 1000 only did 3 quarts of it what a joke so one day it cost 700 ish and another day for the same thing ur prob looking at 1400 double for the same thing 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
Customer service is non existant. If you have a issue your on your own. Ive had log in issues from their own update for over 2 weeks now and still no reply from their tech support.
Edit....Much better thank you. It loads up perfectly I can sign in no problem. Im very irritated that the app closes as soon as i open it. Ive unistalled and redownloaded 4 times. Fix this.

Great game, however as of 8/5/18, the game crashes on start-up.

Seriously, I have liked this game but bugs and maintenance are just getting worse. I have put money into this game and expect better. Now the game won't even load. I have reinstalled and nothing. The game takes a fair amount of time in my day to play. I am good with that as I have played for years and earned it. It may be time to give it up. Certainly won't get any more money.
Customer service ZERO. Level 148 play for more than one year and now it's third time in one month they don't send any reward for recharge as they annonced in game . GM staff contacted and beside words..nothing. Don't waste money in this game.
Enjoyed building ships and playing the game. Had problems when switching to new phones. Recently the game started to load, but would not continue to selection. Not able to get my progress onto new phone. Not willing to start over after several years of playing. Other games transfer without any problems. Disappointed that they didn't make it easier to transfer progress
