App is useful but unreliable - like other users have reported. It hangs randomly at login or after a few calls. My Pixel 2 is running Android 10 with latest security update, so other apps rarely hang. I will try iPhone to see if iOS version may be more stable than Android version.
This is a web browser based application, not a mobile device application. I had to scroll to the right to read additional info...not design for phone use.
"We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins." Have no idea how to fix this. Can't even log in
Kicks you out constantly. Very hard to log in, do your work and stay logged in.

Even after the reinstall of this app I am still getting logged out every time I check out a consumer. I don't always have access to my laptop and this is really hindering my access to client information when I need it. (update) still not fixed.(update STILL NOT FIXED PROBLEM HAS NOT RESOLVED I'VE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS!!!!! I was just locked out of portal because of this stupid app. with billion dollars a surplus you think that we'd be able to get an app that actually functions.

Switched to Google pixel 2 from HTC Desire eye. The app works a lot better on this model. My only gripe preventing me from giving this 5 stars is that I cannot edit existing events. When I am in a client's profile and I tap the event, it takes me to a blank screen and it never loads. *UPDATE* recent update did fix the problem I was having when not being able to view event details. I'm able to click edit and start changing details, however when I try to click save, I am met with an error message saying that it could not be updated. Also, if I enter a consumers, opportunities, or relationship screen and click call or email, it takes me to the appropriate screen so I can place the call or send an email, but when I try to go back, I'm not able to resume as normal. I have to completely exit the application and start over because it freezes
You guys have made a mess of what was a perfectly running vlocity app. Everytime I need it to work, I have to uninstall it and then install it again. Kicks you out everytime and if you want to logging again fuget about it. We didn't invest $100 mill for us to have so many problems.
If you were lucky enough to have downloaded Velocity then keep it. For this thing to work I have reinstall, log in, log out, log back in, and hopefully I can do my business. This may be the worst app I've ever used.
Older versions had log out issues but if u clear the cache, delete the app, then reinstall, i haven't been logged out in a week. Hope this helps
Reinstalled again. More than a dozen times. It's become a waste of memory on my phone. I'm more professional using a pencil and a napkin.
Loaded with "error messages" - calendar does not work. Called tech support with "no" help to resolve issue. Would be great if it worked.
Trash. Doesn't work at all, nothing but constant log ins. Uninstalling.

Evertime I sign in I have to grant access/permission. I get a notice telling me that I need to go to my personal settings to manually change my settings to keep from having to authenticate but otherwise sure what I personal settings
Garbage. Slow. Can't import contacts that are in my phone already. Designed to make you less productive, more stressed and make you seem less professional and more unorganized. I'd recommend using programs like slack, cloze and Google to help you run your business
Too mant freeze and log in issues, too frustrating to use.
cant even open the app. never loads. unprofessional, and wastes my time
app works great, but it would be nice to be able to use your Sales Central calendar from the app. this would allow a truly remote experience when in the field. Edit, App crashes and freezes all the time. Not to mention the lack of integration... I can look up and call a client, what else?. I need to be able to do the same thing on my phone as my computer.
