Very bad experience with this company. They changed me but the helpers never came. And even after repeated requests no response or refund.
Terrible experience. The helper I hired through them stole from my home. This company has poor quality control and no vetting of helpers. Their review system is rudimentary.
Very lousy cleaning service..should have engage other cleaning company instead..
App出錯比較多, CS星期一至五有service但星期六日CS會比較慢同亂, 最好星期一至五先問。如果加津貼最好問清楚, 因為我見到津貼話係一次性但其實之後每一次都會on top加左津貼嘅錢。
Becareful when you use this service! The apps itself is fine. But reason why i gave low rate is because my cleaner didnt get paid promptly by Helpergo, althought the money is withdrawn from my bank account immediately after each cleaning session. She got paid only after the first 2, but not for the next 3 sessions - Weird thing is, when she complaints,she got kicked out of the apps for fews days, before coming back. Helpergo keeps appologizing but till now she hasnt got paid!!!!
single cleaning requires 7 hours, wooot?
Apps does not have a pop up notification on Huawei Mate 10 when there is new job!!!

Worst service ever, they won't even allow you to post ratings on their FB page and probably cause they know. Chatted with online agents on 2 separate occasions and 1st time was extremely long wait time and 2nd time agent said would help me renew my package but nothing was done. Will NEVER use agentbong again.
App crashed. Error says get data failed. Cannot log in app again. Contact agentbong sg via WhatsApp. Manage to get helper. App is buggy.
There is a girl named Sharon, she is pretty helpful and teach me step by step on how to go about the app. Overall the experience with them is good.
The system charges to the credit card multiple times without authorization and keeps happening...
Lousy service. Their customer service insisted I repost to include deep cleaning service after I requested for only normal service. When I refused, the guy immediately said cant find me helper and told me look for other company and hang down my call. Very unprofessional.
The app worked fine but my assigned cleaner was probably the least professional of all the part-time cleaners I have ever engaged. I was terribly disappointed by the service I got (especially since I paid a considerable amount extra for a 'Deep Clean') and if I wasn't recovering from a serious joint injury (and unable to clean my home myself), I doubt I would ever engage this service again.

App still hangs after installation, uninstallation and reinstallation
Staff had the audacity to shout at me when I wasn't even speaking to her. I wouldn't trust my house or family with them. Engage at your own risk.
Didn't engage. Not sure if it's the app or the company but the price goes up from the advertised hourly rate once you go to the next page of listing a job. Then they add a random festive day charge. Is 9 Jan Festive? I think not. Then there's a 1hr admin fee just to place an ad followed by 50% admin fees once a job is accepted. Not very transparent with the costing and doesn't give me any confidence to use the service. Good idea but can't commit to it as I'm looking for an ongoing arrangement and don't want to get ripped off.

Unable to do registration after installed.
Apart of only 1 option available - Domestic Worker & no other option. This person called Anna called like 3 times in 3 days time even after 1st day mentioned that I am only available next week. This is like a phone harrasment! And its mentioned the job is urgent. How urgent also no use when Im not in the country this weekend to do the job & she asked if I want to remove from the list so I mention pls go ahead.
I love the helper Ying. She's really helpful and kind. Will definitely rebook again soon. Thanks.

Was so pissed off! The call NEVER get through!! Whatsapp reply was super LATE AND DELAYED!! Double charged!!! Helper never work but still charged me!! Use at your own RISK!!!
