App is inconsistent. Difficulties taking check image, especially when check has been folded. Also, app frequently displays message that mobile deposit is unavailable at this time. Customer service is terribly slow with 5-10 minute wait times and only solution provided is to uninstall then reinstall app before trying again. Same problems whether using iphone or Android phone.

If I could give negatve stars I would. Since last update this App continually crashes when I try to log in. This means that I can no longer deposit checks into my account. Nice work..... Update 6/14... I had to dink around a bunch to make this work. I think what made it work in the end was installing an update.

Since I've load the app on my phone it's been a hassle to make any transactions. Tried uploading checks and they would not take. Finally got that figured out. Now with the new app, I cant even log into their system. This is so frustrating that in the 21 century organizations still have continuous issues with their websites.

This app is total trash. I only have it so that I can deposit my mothers checks into her account since she's an invalid who cannot travel all over the place to find a branch office. And now the app keeps crashing while trying to deposit checks, rendering it totally useless.

I love remote deposits. But liked it better when I could scan a check and upload. I have taken 20+ pictures in different lighting to get today's deposit to go through. Maybe it's the check color, because I don't recall having this problem before.

Depositing a check used to be easy, but I'm guessing they turned up the sensitivity on whether or not a photo is valid. I promise the corners of my check aren't folded and that it's on a dark background.

I've been trying to get this app to work for about a week. It just spins and spins. I finally had to say I forgot both id and password even though I hadn't. That finally got me in. Once I got in the app was unstable.

Last night this app repeatedly gave me an error message. Calls to the help desk were to no avail. Ihad already deposited a check to my Bank of America account with no difficulty, so I knew it was not my connection.

Much better than at first. I was confused about how it worked and it was not fast. But now it's fast and much more intuitive I think.

Extremely difficult to deposit a check. Finds folded corners over and over on checks with no folded corners. I shouldn't have to take 30 pictures to deposit one check.

Not user friendly. The app should take a picture of the check automatically once it's in the frame.

Submit button didn't work when updating security questions. Couldn't paste password from password manager.

I miss the image showing that I'm entering the correct account. Doesn't feel as as secure.

App is great, sometimes it glitches, and displays information too big.

App works well and I can deposit checks during the pandemic electronically.

It is hard to see selections as the screen reorient itself.

Had a hard time getting the software to recognize my check. It was infuriating.

Seems to be ok, thus far. More limited than my other banking intuitions though. Basic app.
