Same as everyone else... get a 505 error when trying to install on Samsung s8... have cleared cache etc to no avail
Still cannot install on Samsung Phones, this is terrible customer service. Considering asking for refund and move on...

Sorry but you can't keep saying it's not an app fault with the 505 error. I can install pretty much any app. But not this one. I am trying agile on my PC for our business and its promising. That said, the app works on ios but it will not install on my note 8. I have tried all the clear cache and data routines and restarted the phone. I have no intention of resetting my phone just because one app won't install. This needs to be looked at by your device team. Find out why the 505 is happening and fix it. There are way too many 1 star reviews on here for you to be accepting of that rating. Get the ratings back by fixing this please. I have just installed five more apps to see if there are any problems. None. But Agile won't install. Still. Update : I have another Android phone. An LG V20 and Agile installs no problem. So this seems to be a problem with just Samsung phones. What do we need to do, switch off or change to get this to work?
App just suddenly stopped working on an LG v30. Notifications work but main screen errors out
Still waiting on the mobile app to work on Android Galaxy S8. Ths is the only app of hundreds that gives 505 error. It is an app level issue for sure. I have spoken with Samsung and Google

I was hesitant to try Agile CRM based on all the negative reviews here. However, it works great for me. I'm on a Galaxy S8+. The application works and I can access all my CRM information. It has a clean UI.
Works fine on my Samsung S8 phone. Is essentially HTML5 in an app. Same look as in browser.
Truly disappointed that I cannot install on my Samsung 8... I spent several hours trying to do this until I now see that it is an issue. When can we expect this change?

Not a well coded app. Can't get it to install on a Note 5. Like most others here, get a 505 error. Not impressed...

I must say the CRM is great, but this is worse app ever in the whole Google store. As I am typing I can't believe that they have not dedicate resources to build a native app that takes advantage of all the features of their CRM thru API and be competitive but looking at this app it makes me doubt how is the roadmap for the mobile employer, strategy, etc knowing that competitors have great native app but calling a web shell app or responsive site transform into an app and loaded to the Google store looks like a bar move for a prospective competitor in the SMB arena. If you consider that they target market will deeply appreciate a well-done-mobile-android app that allow them to be productive on the move.
I still could not install this Agile CRM, even on this latest update in July. I am getting Error 505 during the installation on my Galaxy S8 Plus. AGILE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. I NEED TO INSTALL AND USE THIS APP ON MY PHONE.

Using agile CRM mobile app,i am checking my sales team status on the go
I have been using agile on the web for 2 months in a controlled test environment for 4 users. Am happy with the app, but have 2 major issues: its not as easy to use as it could be, and the mobile app on the Samsung galaxy just doesn't work. Just spoke to a customer support rep (Rob is his name, 28Dec18) and he says it's an issue and they are working on it. They've known this since at least September of 2017 and still have no solution. If not fixed by end of jan19 will abort company wide install
