Seems good for integrations and it is quite joined up. However, the mobile app needs quite a lot of work. It's not really designed to be mobile-friendly, and it hangs with blank screens quite a lot.
I like the CRM, but it's missing key features. The mobile app provides no notifications on upcoming events and tasks which defeats the purpose of the function of mobility. Agile, you should really address this very important functionality.
Doesn't let me get past the enter number page. Stuck there and cats please enter vehicle number. My phone number is stated as invalid.
The app is stuck on the scheduler. I can't do anything else when it opens.
Pointless For Me Never could get it started tried several times.
No integration with Office. Agile is not functional currently.
You can only use this with a corporate email. How is a small business supposed to use this? Only with more money.

It is not working
The mobile app needs to be designed with field reps in mind. Burying the physical address of an appointment in a multitude of clicks is useless. Pressing the address field should launch in maps. Not sure if Agile is trying to charge for something Android can do by highliting an address but if so that approach won't win you much business. Too much friction for end users. Should autofill address when creating a contact.
