The worst app. Everytime need to key in the name and contact when launch the app.. Why cant the system save the info??
Awful app...it was ok before but it keeps asking me to put my information in every time I go on the app even though I've done it on multiple occasions.
A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.
Very bad experience. They are not giving my booking payments. I have been waiting fir last 2 months. Very unprofessional and useless service
we have installed ycs. still we coundn't sign in. we would like to update inventory. still we have to add our property details.
Use other portals better than use Agoda / YCS. Agoda attracts many scammers to book your property due to lack of verification, Agoda won't help to investigate further but just take the comission after every successful booking. Agoda very famous in penalty either side evethough guest and propery have agreed to cancel & waive for free. The calendar system even worse, the property is not available but guest still can make booking, calendar sync problem not fixed after so many years of complaints!
App needs to be upgraded. Can't chat with the guest. It's keeps on loading.
Chat with guests has never worked for me, start page is very cluttered. Extranet PIN authentication doesn't work for me. I would like to be able to turn off all the news stories and promote bookings/Arrivals so that I can focus on what is important and urgent. App is disappointing.
Try to work on the Agoda app without being in front of the computer all the time. But encountered an unstable app problem Customers still book after closing the room on the app. Finally, I have to turn on the computer to work as before. If the system on the mobile app will work unstable like this Let's change the code company.
Great App. Love the experience. Superb. I did follow all the steps to set up my hotel. In the end I received permission error. Then I installed this app. It still says permission error but with additional in information. "Contact Manager" 👌
Always asks me to answer to guests via this app. But every time I try the "chat with your guests" option I get the error message "Ooops, we couldn't reach our server, try again as it just might be a network issue. I tried many times. Simply has a bug! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, OR SETUP ANOTHER CHATTING OPTION FOR THE PC. WE OWE THIS TO OUR GUESTS!!!
Works well most of the time, I usually get a Jparse error when I try to view one of my properties that I manage, and the production reports only generates sometimes, sometimes when it does generate it gives me a production report for a completely different property. But still thank you for atleast providing an app, when it does work it's fantastic. Update - The above problems seems to be resolved if I clear the cache for the app on my device.
There is App for YCS but not worthy. Every time I try to login I get notification in my email for the authorization code and after entering it, even the valid email and password says invalid username or password. This is so wired that the same username and password works in web but not in app. So disappointed 😔
I recieved the PIN on my email but when I entered it, it says that the pin is incorrect. i tried it 2x and had the app, install and uninstall to see if there will be changes. I evencemailed ur PR but didn't get any response. This is so frustrating.
Undoubtedly the worst of all the Hotel booking extranet applications. So inconvenient and user unfriendly, most of the options are not accessible on the mobile application, we have to login to the Extranet via Desktop or Laptop each and every time to accces all the features.
I'm trying to sign in and options not opening I can't access my account through this app terrible.
Android system warning about abnormal ram usage of this app. Also most of the time can't connect the server, which is very important yo contact guest. Because agoda don't allow to connect guest through extranet.
So slow and constantly crashes...so very frustrating that we rarely use it. It's a shame because we manage several hotels and could really use this platform to run promotions & grow revenues.
Terrible UI/UX. Been having a bug for weeks which doesn't allow me to generate production reports. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reported the issue to Agoda and yet no resolution is in sight.
App not properly working! The "chat with guests" option is not working. I couldn't even open that function at all. I can't reply to our guest regarding their request. So I will respond to the guest for urgent request?Shall I wait for the guest to complain on arrival since we're not able to reply on time? Please fix this bug it's the worst extranet app.
The worst. I cannot login to the app, and now have to wait for verification codes to be sent to a colleague in another office, every time. E I need to login. Agoda, this system is a disaster. Bad move.
I'm struggled a lot with the web and the app. The "need help" keeps "can not load partner support", no Channel manager (I browsed the tips & tutorial and we supposed to have one), customer service available only for guest NOT partner, and the web is totally not-user friendly and DEVASTATING to use. I deleted my listing but it kept showing on the web! I wish someone from agoda can assist me regarding this matter, since I can not contact you (in any form, email, phone, internet helpdesk)!!!
App always causes an error on Android when I want to run a report. Could you please make the report available on YCS extranet on desktop too. Life will be much easier!!!!!

Terrible! I can sign in with email but the app tells me I'm not authorized and to contact agoda. I have done this but in line with many of the comments here they dont respond! I dont think I will use their platform anymore if this is the level of service I can expect!

World class booking agent and 3rd class app, have some status. Every now and then problem...and why there is no way to directly contact customer via website 😵
Update: 1. Everytime I opened the app it ask me to add "Profile information". So annoying i have added it many time and still asks. 2. The"chat with guest" option doesn't work, it just keep loading forever. also we can't edit multi dates for availability amd rate, you have to do each day !! Not very practical app.
