AGT: America's Got Talent

Seems like I am not the only one having problems with the app. Last year, not any problems. But it never worked this year. As soon as I try to log in, the loading icon just spins... I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and I still can not vote. I wrote a message to tech support from the app settings but I never heard back from anyone.

If you just want to vote - use app only after show is over! The buzzers that you get to use during the shows have nothing to do with the voting which starts after the show and lasts for a very long time. They are just for a fun comparison mini game. If you just want to vote nevermind the game buzzers and app during the show, use it to vote after the show is done. Some people have legitimate issues, others are complaining because they don't understand how the app works, which doesn't seem right.

I finally deleted this app because it stopped working. I used to never have problems until the last update. I click on someone to vote for and it just spins. I get my email address at the bottom and it says it is trying to log in with Google smart lock but just spins.

I have downloaded, uninstalled, re-downloaded, uninstalled, and re-downloaded this app 3 times and I still was not able to vote. All it does is keep loading and I never got in to vote. It's a waste of time and very frustrating. I'm very disappointed. Eventually, I had to go in through their website to be able to vote. I have uninstalled it for the last time and have no plans to reinstall. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Can't vote, it just spins and says loading but never loads the act on to vote. Not a reliable system for voting which makes me question authenticity. Just tried again, it is now 6am. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still can't vote. The is app is the worst. You'd think NBC could would be able. The results are fraudulent.

Speaking from a mobile programmer perspective: This app is not programmed well. It seems it was programmed by a beginner developer and did not put much thought or effort into it. The app lacks show times, voting method is not logical, the buzzer is very basic, and all other pages lead to website. Overall this app is not central based and should be developed further.

I couldn't vote on Xfinity or NBC voting sites. NOTHING WORKED!!!! I downloaded the AGT app from Google app store. Had NO problems voting. I found ev1 is there, so you can vote anytime. Good job for making it so easy for us who haven't been on a computer, let alone a cell phone. Thanx for making it easy!!!!

Downloaded and tried to sign in with the profile I created a year ago for NBC but forgot password. Every time I click on "reset password" it takes me to the NBC password reset page but then an ad pops up showing several NBC shows for "download" and theres no way to go back or scroll down to the page again. I uninstalled immediately after remembering the NBC page has NEVER worked when I've tried to do anything related to AGT and it feels like a scam

AGT has made this application really fun and easy to use! On the show days, all of us gather together and watch it with our apps ready to vote! We have so much fun voting for all of our favorite contestants. The other great thing about the app is that if you missed the show on television, you can watch it right on the app!

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble. My problem is it won't even let me sign in. I tried signing in and like the others it just says loading and never stops but at the bottom of the screen when the loading screen pops up it flashes my email address and then Google Smart Lock in a little blue rectangle.

Initially it took several tries to get it to remember me (it does now). They changed the voting to disallow amending a vote except to increase it. While voting is still open I should be able to change my votes however I see fit. Annoying.

I don't like this new app at all! I work with the elderly and we have AGT nights. Last week, only 3 of the 8 people could use this app. the buzzer moves too fast, and if you miss it, you can't go back. By the end if the night 5 of the 8 people left and we're no longer having AGT Nights. From what I'm told at work, AGT is fun for the elderly because it reminds them of the variety shows that used to be prevalent. They really enjoy voting, but won't anymore due to this app. Big screw up here!

I can't vote through the app. It's very frustrating. It just stays on this screen like it's loading the contestants and then nothing appears. I haven't been able to vote at all.

It's good but keeps closing itself out of videos partway through so I have to reload the video sometimes twice to finish it. Also, there needs to be an easy voting section or a place that says voting is closed.

Makes it so easy to vote and it also reminds me of the dunkin save. The only thing I wish was there is when you click to view the acts that you could star the acts that you really like but other than that easy to use👍🏻

I love being able to vote. This weeks shows were great but there were definitely better talented people who should of went to the finals than some who are actually going through. This is just my opinion of course of the acts.

For an organization this size this app is an embarrassment. It freezes up and shuts down all the time. Takes a very long time to load videos, and is a disappointment.

This app will not let me vote. It worked last year but this year it just has a black screen with a spinning circle stating loading whenever I try to vote.

terrible! I put my email and email password. Just like the big mark it says my email and password are wrong when they were really right I don't get it I just gave up I'm so annoyed I really wanted to vote for my favorite singer!😢😭😟🙁 I don't know if it was just me or if other people have problems but I hope next time it will be working and it will be fixed and be easy to do.

Only problem I have is it takes too long for them to update the app after a show. Don't know why, Twitter, FB, YouTube are almost instant, but this app takes hours if not a full day to update.

I am and are not that impressed with this app because it seems to me that the app of a multi- million dollar world wide franchise could have at least a bit of music when I open your app. It's cheaply made and I was surprised.

I think it is messed up they have secret voters for the champions to vote for us. It gives me the feeling it is rigged. It really takes the thing I loved most about the show away!!!!

I have the settings to alert for notifications. Every since I got my new phone, it doesn't alert. All the other apps alert! I've missed doing Dunkin Save the last 2 times because of it.

Actually it's a great app, however AGT is not on 365 days a year, so if you delete it to free up space, it's virtually impossible to download it again. This was my 3rd time to do this and now it's not letting me back in. 😡

The rectangle you click on to register votes is mostly offscreen, almost impossible to find. Extremely difficult app to use.

Very Big Disappointment! This app is bull s**t in the fact that you can't vote unless you sing up and make a account. So this truly talented people are not going to get all the votes they should be. Because many people don't want to sing up and it should be you can vote for acts with out having to have a account.

Well like last time i tried to download it never did. So i think maybe the vote is set... Not allowing americans to vote... Looks to me like more of non americans are winning this compitition the world has talent should be the name since americans don't have a place to vote...my vote would have been for the 10 year old opera singer Emane Beasha she's american and her whole future ahead of her the rest just freak shows with pitty stories..i think the winner place ... It's fixed. Be back ??? No
