Worst service ever. I booked a cab 2 days prior and I called them several times to get the cab details and everyone picking up the call was promising call back. At the end I got an email that my ride is cancelled. I missed my flight because of these idiots. No one had the guts to call me and inform about the cancellation. Team of non professionals. Dont book their services. They are scam. They dont even deserve 1 star. I just had to post my review so it was mendate to give at least 1 star.
AHA Taxis app is good enough !! Reading the previous reviews I was a Lil bit worried about the service.. But there was no issue with communication. I faced issues with the car • The car was very much old. • AC cooling was Zero. • The car was having ants.And that too in an enormous quantity.. • That made it irritating..The ants climbed on luggage. I just want U to fix this issues..
App is horrible and buggy. The menu doesnt open. I came here because of cred airport offer but that works only in browser app. Not able to select a time other than 11:45 in the browser app. I'd give up the offer and book an ola or uber rather than wasting time on this.
A big NO to this app. Driver details shared on the SMS is invalid. Driver is unreachable. I had mailed AHA support as well tried to call them. However they are unreachable. Basically the passenger is kept in the dark till the last minute and has to finally opt for some other option.
i have booked a cab and the cab turned up late. And they charge hefty for extra kilometres and charge 300 more for pick up. As per their policies they had to reduce the price by 150 when they turn up late which they did not. None of thier hotlines work for real customer support. Update: What a issue is reported my trip has been deleted.
most pathetic service of any app .I don't know why they have even given a customer care no. which is never reachable..do not even reply to mails timely.They need to amend their app i was looking at my ticket for customer care no. but next to it cancel was pressed , but they didn't even ask for the confirmation and cancelled my trip..worst worst ...Do not go for it...Even the request is being not adhered to .I asked for a carrier at the top , they can't even fulfilled it.

Not happy the way driver has overcharged. I have booked the cab on 15th early morning 4 30 am and i have been charged 250 for night charges and 150 for the parking fees. Why this was not added in the trip if they knew that i would need a taxi in the morning. Now the trip has been removed from my account. Something fishy going on. I would not trust them at all, paying 400 extra does not excite me at all.
Pathetic experience and non existent support for rider. The cab driver cancelled at the last minute and the company refused to provide alternate cab. Support was not able to provider any solution to my issues and did not revert to my mail outlining the company failures even after 48 hours. This was my second booking with Aha and second bad experience. Pls avoid using the app so that you don't spoil your travel plans.
Worst experience ever. They cancel the booking on their own without any call or message. I had booked a taxi 3 days well in advance and all they could do is send me a message 30 mins before the departure with a shameless apology.

Excellent excellent service. With so many recent negative reviews I was very concerned but our driver, Amandeep, along with the app made the whole process a breeze. Very caring driver. Arrived before hand. Communicative. Will definitely use this app again. Conversion rate is not good and driver did not have passengers phone no. These are two improvements for the app to work on. Nice experience. Would have loved to give 5 star rating but given 4 stars due to below two reasons: *- Unable to reach customer care. Thankfully my driver was really pleasant guy and very professional so did not face any issues. But suppose if the driver would have been a wicked guy, I would've never been able to contact Aha customer care. Please make your customer care number works *- No option to cancel. You will lose your full booking amount if opted for cancellation. So book Aha carefully.
The worst taxi app. I've booked a taxi from Hyderabad to Warangal in November 2020. They cancelled the cab without prior notice and then didn't process my refund of ~₹3000/-. I've made innumerable calls and mails and they didn't do it. They claim that they've sent my money back (which they didn't). It's March 2021 and I still stand asking them for my money. After many calls and negotiations, All they do is advise me to contact phone pe as I've made the payment via phonepe. DON'T TRUST AHA TAXI
In the first place it was difficult to book a cab and even after booking for a time slot of 12 noon the driver cancelled the trip and didn't even notify me( the trip was shown as confirmed till 9 am ). Immediately after that I was constantly trying to contact the customer service of Aha and no one answered and they kept forwarding the call. I had paid advance of 1000 rupees which have not yet been refunded. Horrible experience on my side and a very callous behaviour from the Aha taxis.
No Response is received even after Surfung your application for lacs of time. My booking details aslo not shown, details of Advance I paid also not shown anywhere in ur App. Totally Disappointed from your service. Even calls are not reachable. No sesponse from Email also, Not Reliable Service at all.
Got Disappointment by booking with aha. They gave me one cab driver number, he confirmed and then stopped picking phone. Afterwards they allotted second cab. He did not receive my call. Thenafter, I mailed, called several times, then they told that it will take time at least one hour for arranging cab. Then they asked to cancel the booking. This spoiled my trip. myself and family faced great problem due to that.
Worst service provider in the field of Cab service. They charged me 2 times in the name of night fare which was not told at the time of booking.Ended paying huge rent just for 50km of travel.Now app also not provided with my tour data not even download invoice.Worst app and even worst service.I am going to send legal notice
Extremely unsafe for women for traveling to/from bangalore airpot. They always take road without toll, which is very deserted and risky for women passengers. We requested to the driver and aha helpline multiple times to take main road with toll. But they simply doesn't care. Safety is the last feature in their mind. Plz avoid if possible.
Completely hassle free trip, everything was well managed, from driver details to car update, no issues at all. I preponed the trip by 2 hrs and that request too was well taken care of. I will definitely recommend Aha to all. Kudos to team Aha Taxis.
i booked the cab and when i tried to reach the customer care, their phone is Always Busy. I got a text after every failed try saying i will get a call back but they never call back. i seriously feel i made a mistake booking on Aha Taxi. If anyone from Aha Taxi is reading this please call back your customers.
1.i was told my trip is all toll included but at the time of trip..i was charged all tolls. 2.driver charged extra amount then the booked amount . 3 i have to pay 2 state road tax as the taxi had punjab registeration number although i booked cab from haryana to delhi. in this case if i have to pay tax i should only 1 state road tax not two. 4. coustomer care executives were also not helpful. they upgraded me to there premium cateogory as i thought they dont have cars ready this was the only good
Most Pathetic service..do not go for it.....no use for coustmer care no.. whenever I try its always busy and they call me after 3 day to ask me that I have to cancel my trip... because no cabs is available for that date...if you are not sure about your cabs availability then why you take booking......time waisting service...do not go for it....
i booked the taxi from Delhi to manali and the response from the team is incredible.. i recived the cab details well before the time.. there is a small issue in connecting to driver...but support team helped in getting the driver contact..the driver is well mannered lot of experience..very professional..we enjoyed the trip..thanks a ton to the aha team in providing the support and making my journey successful..highly appreciated
coupon does not work on website, after trying booking multiple times i have to left coupon, booking details page does not allow to go to main page, horrible app,only money minded people,really worried about my trips..
We went to ooty from Bangalore. We had booked for comfort ride. The cab provided was etios platinum for 4+1. It was really good and comfortable. Driver was always on time and used to daily clean the cab throughly. Lohith (our driver) was verh soft spoken and good and safe driver. He made the trip more comfortable for us. We had an amazing trip... Thank you
It is a very good service provider by AHA taxis. When I went outstation tour then I took this travel service and got a good deal. I realized a very good feeling with this. And whenever I will go and visit a tour on a trip then I must like to take these travel services only.
The most shittiest site you could ask for. I knew i couldn't trust their site but then too i went ahead and gave it a try. But i'll suggest each and everyone don't you ever book from this platform. I had done a booking last night for a one way trip by any xuv vehicle. They cancelled my trip on their own and sent a cancellation message email that i cancelled my trip. If you are reading this i want my advance money paid back asap i dont want any thing from your site.
