The AHC mobile app makes every provider visit easier for AmeriHealth Caritas members:
• ID card — Get access to an electronic copy of your member ID card.
• Medicine cabinet — Keep track of your medicines, how to use them, your prescription history, and medication reminders. You can also learn how medicines interact with each other and view medicine warning labels.
• Find a doctor or hospital — Use a quick search tool to help you look for any network provider, hospital, pharmacy, specialist, or urgent care center nearby. You can also get directions to a provider’s office or call for an appointment.
• My Doctors — Get access to your primary care provider (PCP) and your other health care providers.
• Care and program reminders — Get alerts through the app when you are missing a checkup or test.
• Health history — Review up to six months of care team visits and hospital stays.
• Resources — See an overview of the digital and community resources available to you.

11/24/2021 - Worthless App. Considering the kind of money a carrier gets for providing these plans, the fact that you can't even log into the app is really sad. No idea how the app works because in its current state it is truly unusable. If there ever comes a day where they use some of the millions of dollars they get every month to fix this app, then I will happily check it out and edit my review. Until then, just don't bother downloading this app.
The app keeps crashing for months! The problem isn't my phone i have a s10+. Please fix this crashing error issue with this app please? If it keeps happening I'll unstall it, n delete this app. It deserves 0 stars if there was such a option!
This app needs some serious updates. You can't retrieve your username and/or password because you get an error. Why make an app if you don't care to update anything? I'm going with another health insurance that actually cares to update their apps.
Downloaded the app and my state was not in the state selection part. I can't get past that part to create an account. Please make all the state choices available to select, not just 5 of them
Useless, I just downloaded it and it tells me I need to download the updated version to use the app. There is no updated version
Horrible. It says it can't find my plan, so I called to confirm that I had the right member Id number, and that they had my right birthdate, but it turns out that the app is just garbage.
It won't open 99% of the time. You are supposed to be a health insurance but I can't even get on the app to do anything about my coverage. Online is a joke also. It won't let me sign in.
I was able to sign on twice and now it says that there is an error with my sign on, though I have triple checked that it is correct every time I attempt. I have not been able to get on for two months now.
I really like the app but I can't add all my meds there is only a search option but the list don't give me the medicine info I need to add to my medication list.
Says im not a member and wont let me retrieve a password or username for my account. Just keep getting an error message. Please update this so people can access their accounts.
It's kinda hard to use a app that doesn't let you register, it just says and error occurred. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do.
Um... I tried logging in and it says update app to continue and I can't? Where do we update if not here?
find a doctor option doesnt work! every search comes up with no results. which is impossible. there cant be no drs (dentists/chiropractors) in the whole area of my town that take this insurance
I'd give this negative stars if i could. i can log on to my account through the site just fine, but trying to log on through the app says no user found.
At least 1 year and still has login issues. A private insurance company would never allow this utter failure. UNINSTALLED!
As soon as you download the app it will tell you that a new version available and you should download it 🤣. I can even make a better app
Ha, I Guess no one reads these reviews. If they did, they'd know that the app is not working... Spent 45 minutes installing the app and trying to create user name and password.
Don't even try to find a specialist. It tells you there are none. Worthless app. Don't bother installing.
App refused to recognize my login information. Caused my account to get locked. Uninstalled. Will stick to the website

Absolute garbage app: I key in my exact info to access as per existing online acct OR to try to register NEW credentials within app, , always get same error ~ USER NOT Found. I simply give up.
