Ahija Self Drive Bike and Car Rentals Guwahati

I booked a bike because it was available on the app but when i went for pick up, it was unavailable and kept us waiting for an hour then they said they can't manage. I came from the other end of the city with spending my bucks and it was just a waste. I had important plans and also to book hotels but I'm late for that too. It is a complete irresponsibility to mess around with people's schedules.If you don't provide the service properly then don't even provide. I recommend no one to rely on this

Ahija, its a fantastic app. Where one can easily find bikes and cars and hang around the cities as well the outskirts too. The very first app. In northeast india which is incresing its bussiness establishment.. The perfect place for rental services, all well conditioned vehicles, as the staffs are so helpful and convient ... Will surely meet again in the next visit to gauhati... Not able to login to the app. It takes the mobile number and then sends an OTP to the mobile. Automatically reads the OTP and says phone number verified but then goes back to login page and says 'network error'. Without network it won't be able to get my mobile number and send OTP then how come it goes back to network error after reading the OTP. Tried 6 times in gap of couple of hours but same issue.

Very bad experience. Booked one car and got another one on the spot (Without any prior information). Very bad. The receptionist should take a course in people relations.

The car was totally dirty. When they gave me the car, the inside of the car was too dirty and found a dead rat inside. Customer care behavior is friendly But they have no hour system payment. If u book a car for 24 hours and if u deliver the car half hour late then they will charge u full amount for next day. And they did not give any money receipt for booking amount as well as the advance amount. I am totally dissatisfied.

It was a wonderful experience with Ahija. There was no delay in delivering or receiving the vehicle. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Vehicle was in good condition. Would definitely recommend to others as well.

My first experience was good, But now i am feeling that ahija is going bit down with its service,once i booked car a week before our trip and everything was fine, but on the day before our trip when we went to pickup the car they introduced us to 21 year age policy for booking a car which was no where mentioned in their site, nor they informed me at the time of booking And again just before days when we went to pickup, they said its not available even after a successful booking the day before !!

The app is simple and service is awesome. The fleet of bikes contains variety of bikes & cars and well maintained. The bike that I hired was very smooth throughout ride and didn't create any problem. I highly recommend Ahija bikes for bike & car rental.

This is a great place to rent a bike. The bike I rented was in really good condition and the staff service was really good too. Although, the bike I had booked was unavailable, they allowed me to rent a different one according to my choice. Great experience.

No doubt the booking process is very good through app, but be careful while picking up the bike cause they used to provide a very low maintained bike [from my experience], always check then recheck the quality like tyre, headlight etc before check out.

Though the app has some flaws, the service of ahija was great. The car was in great condition and had no issues during my entire 7 day trip. Only issue I had was that the car I booked got cancelled without informing me a day before my planned rental date. They were saying it was for to a accident, but the lady attending calls was not ready to give a replacement car. Finally could talk to Mr. Ashok the day before my travel and he promised me to give a alternate car. And on arriving at their office next day morning the car was ready as promised and all we're smooth from there onesies. Would have given 5 stars if this cancellation and confusions were not there

I had rented out a Classic Signals and suddenly it broke down on the way. When I called them they say it's my fault. Customer service is pathetic and most of the bikes they provide are very bad in condition. And it happened with me earlier too,just rented out this time thinking they might have improved but it's the same pathetic service. I would never recommend this app to anyone. They are pathetic

Bad experience. Charged 9k for minor scratches. We argued that this is not the exact amount to be charged for this minor scratches. But they said, either you pay 9k or take the car, repair it, and get the car back to us but you have to pay another day rental charges. New way to loot people. We took the car and repaired it at just 3.5k. Staff behavior was not good, specially the black guy. He was misbehaving. Also he was continuously smoking infront of us. Really didn't liked the attitude.

Well...the condition of the bikes are good. The staff is co-operative but the helmets are really in bad shape. Looking forward for more rides with them. Thank you Ahija. Overall it's the best deal.

totally unprofessional . Booked a car but they didn't confirmed the same. on the day of travel they are saying we cannot give u on the time mentioned. then they switched off the phone.

At a point of time their service was okay,but as days have passed they are only focusing on the money.Non-availability of vehicles,even when it shows available on the app,and if you book one such they will tell you on the day when you need the vehicle that it is not available. Customer service has worsen badly. Some vehicles or so old and rusty that drink more petrol than needed and ahija keeps on increasing the price of their vehicles like the increase in petrol prices,directly proportional LoL

i found it hassle free while booking bike through this app and representatives were also nice, bike was not in magnificent condition but yes we had no issue while our ride so overall it was recommendable service although if bikes conditions could be improved that would be splendid.

Recently i booked two Dominers from Aahija, bikes were in great condition.But i have a big issue from Aahija and i also mentioned them the issue. the issue is that they are not providing good helmets. Some cheap quality helmets were available for the riders and those cheap quality helmets were in pathetic conditions.So just provide better quality helmets.....because it saves your life and let you enjoy the ride !!!

The finest and most professional bike rentals in the side of the country. They have a bunch of options to choose from with a staff striving to deliver the best. Thanks a ton for making my debut north-east trip comfortable.

My trip to Meghalaya was super random and service from Ahija made my trip seamless. In 3 days, I drove around 500 km in Royal Enfield Classic and the experience was exquisitte in the state of clouds. The bike was superb and gave no issues whatsoever. Ahija currently have their office only in Guwahati. I wish them to expand soon as I would love to get their service wherever i travel. I would suggest anyone visiting North Eastern states now experience bikes/cars from Ahija.

It was a wonderful experience with Ahija. I rented a scooty for 4 days and they provided with a just 10 days old scooty. There is no security deposit as well. Overall it is worth trying for specially a backpacker who is willing to travel around assam and Meghalaya in short time.

Very poor service. We took vehicle on 26-02-2021 for two days rent. After 2 hr of journey tire got punctuated. Back break was not working. Seat handle was in rusted stage. Indicator light was broken initally. But they took money for repair while returning. Very poor customer service.

With and amazing aap and great servise quality I am totally satisfied with it. People are so nice and they provided me special discount coupons for my tour package. I highly recommend travellers and other local peoples and even students to go for it. One of the best services in Guwahati with rental on daily basis and hourly basis.

In app they show bike had been booked and canceled it before 30 minutes of pickup time.. And when i had given review they told me that booked and confirmed are two different thing.. Wow ahi ja.. Great responsibility you had showed to me👍👍.. Don't do this type of tjing with other next time.. All people are not same as you people think..

Don't even install this app. Don't upload your documents on the app, they misuse it. Had the worst ever rental experience. They give damaged vehicle and we suffered an accident because of their damaged vehicle. Instead of showing sympathy they were very rude and extorted huge amount of money.

We booked a scooty 1 day before. When we were going to pick up the vehicle they said that the scooty we booked is unavailable coz the previous customer didn't return the scooty and it was too late for us to opt for other options. Our entire plan had to be cancelled. Worst experiance ever.

Very bad service They haven't checked the condition of bike when they were giving it Breaks got failed. We take to service center and changed the discs of the brakes. Ahija said that they wont give money for the service at the showroom. So we had to paid the money...

The staff were really helpful and vehicle was in really good condition, didn't gave me problem of any sort. Definitely recommend it.
