The Last update is so budged , -Can't logIn, -When I try to reset My password event if it contains more the 8 chars with num , small & big char and special char! -Most of the texts color as same as the background color !!! I can't name this thing an App

Hello, It is some how frustrating to use this app, there is no meaningful error messages displayed .. every message I get is 'Error' . how am I suppose to know what's wrong! e.x. I wanted to change my expired password to Ahli App account and after click save : ' Error...' , same when clicked on forgot user name. so please at least let the warning popups have more meaningful messages. Thank you.

I have tried to register hundred times! and every time I have get an error message for a reason that i couldn't understand! I think it's a bad app! And there's another point! I didn't know how to set the Arabic version, there is no choices for that! I need it for my mother's registration and use!
Very good application and very useful too. but I have a comment here regarding bills history, I've just seen that electric bills payments for 2018 haven't appear on application even I paid through it and even the other bills for water and orange-mobile appear this the first time of using this app!!
Great and useful app.
i can't login to my account with my username , i logged in and then they force me to change the password , and nothing works with the new password to make it match there rules , and i gave up and closed the app , now i can't login with the old password an error message keeps showing
Good update, but need to make a nickname my bills, such as HOME ECLECTRICITY i have more than one house and i want to nickname such as Home1... Home2.. , next month i can access to the right bills. At all i like the new interface , keep forward ...
The worst app I ever used. It took me one year to get eFawateer to work in the previous version. Now with version 3.0 I could not login with old ID nor could register new ID.
Can't login after the update!!!!! Also the older version was more convenient to login using pin code instead of username and password .. very bad update!
I can't login after new update simply because the OTP msg is not delivered to my registered mobile and after calling the bank three time still im getting nothing i wish if i didn't update the application any update has to be tested probably across all aspects before deployment stage.
I ve been trying to sign in for like million times, this so frustrating!!! The app is very slow, too much demanding One day it is working the other is not Please check it!!
after upgrade couldnot log into my account i called customer services twice but couldn't retrive my username and password because i dont have atm card only Mastercard and they said sorry we cant help although am calling international calls. moreover before the upgrade i could not make early payments to my master card
There is a problem with the application when it comes to renew the password.. It says the card number is invalid but it's not.
I cant log in to my account i entered all the fields for registration and press the OTP msg and it keeps give me OTP sent successfully but i did not receive anything i reinstall the app but nothing workout

In more than one repeat, it kept saying Success OTP code sent...I pressed OK but received nothing
Try to arabize it in the next update to make my relatives use it easily, and develope the account statment to be more clear Ans if you can comind the Ecom Card with it instead of having to call the call center its would be better
It's so bad, I did everything for on line payments but it always says something wrong..... Not useful
App is well improving with time, and many features are added. But Master card transactions take many days to appear on the App. Also App is slow, and many features need to be added.
