The app is not opening and a pop up comes to update everytime. However when clicked it doesn't update the app.

Thank you so much for updating the app. I have just tried it and it works properly. Please keep updating it in constant matter cause electronic services are never ending process and now days banks face high competition out there to provide better service for customers. Keep it up.

I am extremely unhappy with this new update. I had no issues with the old version. Bank needs to take people's comment seriously and fix apps problem. So far im unable to use this app. I have contacted the bank, they keep telling me not to use the app until they see what are the issue and that they will get in touch with me but no one called so far.

Unhappy with update, it get stuck each time i tranfer money and keeps restarting

I need transfer the money to India but when I add beneficiary then I get otp and I enter the otp I get a text message . Like- you have successfully added then I did not get the added beneficiary I got so eritation I thought I have to leave the bank bank muscat is very nice . Hey guys i don't want service like this and I don't want give any star .

If it is without screen password will be better more than 99% of user not use screen password so very time want to use app you have to change mobile settings and delete the app and download again to log in.

Why your app forcing user to make password for their phones. From me i never used password for my phone. Please reconsider this.

This app is work good ..but in the bank their service 3rd class oh sorry 4th class..the stuff are going bank for passing time
