Half of the time the app doesn't work. Have to log into website.
I am generally pleased with the app, HOWEVER, very disappointed that the "pay now" doesn't provide a RECURRING PAYMENT option as most apps do. Having to remember to submit my payment each month is inconvenient & a turnoff for sure! If developers fix this issue, I will gladly rate app w/5 stars.
handy for paying my bill when it works. otherwise not a helpful app at all. i just use it to pay my premium but i have had issues in the past. doesn't always load the billing info or the balance due doesn't clear after you've paid it.
Keeps telling me there is an updated version. When I go to my app store there is not a newer/ updated version available.
App is fine, but was using all my battery life. I opened the app once a month. Daily my battery was running down. Upon diagnosis ahnj app was using 40% of phone's charge! I removed the app. Please let me know when you have a fix.
Can't log in at all, app automatically shuts down. Please don't direct me to Tech Support, either fix the app or I will be logging on my computer.
App barely works, sometimes not at all... doesn't remember any info so it's a pain to pay my bill. Been using it for over a year now and honestly have nothing good to say about it.
At the moment I can't even log in but when I can it doesn't accurately show the amount of my deductible that has been met. In response to the developer, I will not post personal info here and the email that I received in reference to your response is a from a no-reply email address from Google. Please give me your contact info.
App seems like the least amount of money and effort went into it..navigating through it is a chore.
Terribly designed and not user friendly. Bill pay should be in the app not browser based with multiple needed logins
Can't log in, application error- ECF200003. About two weeks now i cannot get into the app.
Very easy to get an update on my claims, benefits and locating in-network providers.
I'm enjoying the app, it's very convenient & easy to use! I'm sure there are ways to improve it. I'm also sure there are people working on trying to do that!
Great and easy way to keep track of payment, testing, and doctor appointments
The app is not working, said systems not available. Same message since I installed in January2019.
A little clumsy when you need to find a provider but otherwise it is not too bad

App is ok. But, after you make a payment, it takes you back to the payment due screen which still shows a balance due rather than an updated zero balance which leads you to believe that the payment did not go through. If thats's not bad enough, it will allow you to make another payment. So essentialy you can make multiple payments in error.
