AHRQ ePSS
The Electronic Preventive Services Selector (ePSS) is an application designed and developed by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Nation's lead Federal agency for research on health care quality, costs, outcomes and patient safety.
The ePSS application was developed to assist primary care clinicians identify the screening, counseling, and preventive medication services that are appropriate for their patients. The ePSS information is based on the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) and can be searched by specific patient characteristics, such as age, sex, and selected behavioral risk factors. When using this tool please read the specific recommendation to determine if the preventive service is appropriate for your patient. This tool is not meant to replace clinical judgment and individualized patient care. The ePSS is available as a web application and mobile applications.

Previously the app worked very well and I used it nearly daily. Now there has been an automatic update and it no longer works on my Android phone Update 5/30/20. The bugs have been fixed! I emailed the developer and they responded right away. Wow! now the app works as it should. I really like the updated look and interface. Have not had a chance yet to use it much yet, but just messing around with it I can tell that it will be good.
Updated Review: New patch fixed the screen scrolling issue on my Pixel 3, can now go back to daily use. Thanks for the response and prompt update to an app that supports both providers and patients alike.
If i could give this app 10 stars, i would. It's the one medical app i can't do without right now. If you're a primary care provider, you shld have this on your phone. It is free, clean, works well, very up to date and saves my clinic visits.
App worked great for 6 mo. Now everytime I try to use it says no recommendations regardless if I search or input data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success. I am sad! Used this app everyday.
Needs metric units and option to input BMI!
Need to able to change the pounds to meter and inch to meter
Please let us choose between meters/feet and kilograms/pounds!

Lifesaver for a med student
Really struggle with finding the right recommendations at health maintenance visits. Perfect simple interface to bring up the most salient information, and I can take it as far as I want.
But some recommendations need to be updated according to the latest USPTF recommendations (2014)

The app used to freeze on opening before on my GS3. After the most recent update it works perfectly.

I love this app. What it might lack in visual polish it makes up for in functionality. The new search function is so helpful. I routinely use this in my clinic.
I had previously found this to be an excellent app, but it no longer runs on my GS3....
No issues found with install on my HTC device. Simple, easy to use and works well. Previous issues seemed to have been resolved.
The newer version works better. The older versions would freeze on the Android

Good quality information, difficult to navigate, much data is redundant, could be formatted more concisely. Also ignores immunizations.
