App doesn't work at all. Gray screen with selection bar that doesn't respond. Opens up but Doesn't work at all!! I think it's BS I have to download an app to schedule sick appointments!!
Seriously, do some research before you put something online. It locks up at the birthdate! Just like other people have said. Can't install.
if the pediatrics option is missing.... you need to contact them to send you a registration code to enable it.
Every time I go in for a doctor's visit for some reason my scripts never get called in and I have to keep calling the doctor's office to remind them to call in my scripts

Are they serious??! Having to start at the current month and having to go back to my birthday in the 1950s. Get serious! So I'm thinking - is this app any good at all?
Have to scroll through the list of doctors to find my PCP and it is the SLOWEST scrolling EVER!!!
Integrate your patient charts fully and you've got a nice little app HVS.

Not maintained. Never really worked. Typical for this organization.

Let's me know how many people are at the Convenie Care centers. That way I can find the closest and less busy.
Doesn't even exist on this app. I got the instructions from my pediatricians office, downloaded it. The little bear link isn't even on here like it shows on the paper. You would think before giving out these papers and telling people to use space on their phones they would atleast make sure the app was up to par.
App is broken in several areas. Sign up, which is necessary to use the app, is impossible due to error with date of birth field. Reviews more than six months old point out this issue and has still not been addressed. Recommend app be removed from store as it seems to be no longer supported and is no longer functional.
I used this app until I lost my phone to child breaking it. I reinstalled it and the pediatric button is gone. I know how to get the bear back, you must complete the registration sent to email. It takes too much to scroll through a list it doesn't want to move without swiping a million times.
I need help this is the worst app ever. Omggggg in gonna flip soon why won't it just work. I called there isn't anything I see to press to continue my info. Worst change to pediatrics! My little boy has asma and I can't believe how difficult this is to fill out
Pediatrics not listed. Lists do not scroll correctly. Hard to navigate. Lists do not match. Simply a complete and total piece of junk.
Terrible application. Responsiveness is non-existent. Got the app to make pediatric appointments and quick clinic registration, however that is also non-existent.
My son's pediatrician told me to download but there is no teddy bear link...

This app is definitely not ready.
The last time I took my son in for a same day pediatric visit, I received instructions to use this app to schedule next-day/sick visits (and they'd be phasing out the call-in-the-morning option). Here I am, probably 8 months later, and I need it. There is NO option to schedule, let alone any mention of the pediatric practices. I wouldn't be so upset if HVHS wasn't pushing this as a "must do" - an astonishingly premature campaign for an app that lacks the functionality presented to the patients.
