It would be really great if you put all the recent photos & videos, in "Moments" tab. It's seriously hassle because it only show the pictures you've taken in the camera, so we must manually find the downloaded videos, pictures & screenshots. It's really hassle, there's should be also a "Recycle Bin" to those accidentally deleted photos and I think you should also put a "sorting option" in a Album tab because it's irritating that it's not sorted accordingly in newest added photos

Ok the app is great and all, but when I take out a screenshot of something that's landscape, it shows portrait, and I can't get it right, even when I rotate my screen☹️. And when I open it in Al Gallery, portrait wise, it shows me landscape, and vice versa. I'm actually not sure if it's the app or my phone that's the problem. This is a new phone anyway🤔

I am not going to rate this app until we have a "restore" feature in the folder where deleted photos are! Plus, just label that folder "Recycle Bin" and save us all the stress! Like every other correct app, give me the option to restore deleted photos if ever I want to. Waiting for that major feature in your next update. This app is a built in app, for crying out loud, come onnnn, we're in 2022, this should have been done lone ago!

The overall experience is good but it still lacks alot of refinement. First of all the pinch to zoom of photos is very poor. It doesn't allow for close digital zoom atleast 10 times. The pic film is useless cos it's not well executed, the pic story function doesn't even work. No dark theme mode and there is a slide delay when u tap on a picture thumbnail before the picture opens up which is very annoying. So i believe u guys can actually do better.

a good app overall, but needs to have a recycle bin! it's 2022 and this is legit a built in app in every Tecno/Infinix phone, but still lacks a decent recycle bin. also, my albums (the ones I created myself) go out of order and get into the "OTHERS" subfolder spontaneously after some days, maybe some sort of a bug or a glitch. other than that, a solid 4 star!

Maybe the designers of this app have not realized this is a default app and it should be at it's best. I was hoping that updates will be made so as to fix the trash I experience but it has always been there. I mean, why would my videos fast forward (speed up) at the beginning before stabilizing? Secondly, why would my recently saved images and videos be at the bottom of my albums? Thirdly, why is they no settings tab? The video Player has no good controls at all. FIX THEM team!😡

Please. PLEASEEE have an option to hold & drag albums to sort them out without having to "STICK TO TOP" one by one, It is annoying!! Also the option to hold & drag pictures within the albums aswell as having a sort by date option. It is frustrating how much it lacks personalization.. Other than that the algorithms and key features are good which is why Im giving it a 3 star rating.

This app is actually amazing, but still not up to the mark (it can still be great for many people out there). Tools bar is actually the best feature in this app. UI is simple & minimalistic, probably something which everyone would love. Still, I'd expect some customization features like altering grid size. Preview is only monthly view, an option to add day view would be brilliant as well.

*so far the only easiest photo and video gallery I have come across in a long time now, and also the best so far that has not annoying ads popping in unnecessarily when using... [but I would like to be able to have the "swipe left and right" for the next and previous videos like it is with the picture files... But otherwise, I am cool with everything else... Thank you for creating an amazing picture and video gallery app like this... Cheers!!!

As others say, needs a Recycle Bin feature and more general customization like how each of the albums would appear to your liking, e.g. show or not show the month/year a group of pictures were taken, how you want the pictures presented once you enter an album. Personally thought it was odd it doesn't have these kinds of features. Would like to see the app improved and added these features, especially as it seems to be the default Gallery app for the Infinix Hot 9 Play.

App doesn't support moving (add) pictures from one folder to another. In fact, the pictures you try to move will disappear. Lost most ofy pictures because of this. App also doesn't move videos to a new folder (say 'Movies' for instance). The original copy will remain in the initial folder (say 'downloads' for instance) - in which if you try to delete that copy- it will disappear with the copied version.

Guys it's a good app, but it needs some modifications if possible pleaseee, you should add the "move" button ability, the "add" button is not practical, i want to move some pics or videos, i must add them to another album then delete them from the original one, also if i chose some photos, i can't click on them and see the full image with its content inside, because sometimes i need to delete some pics but also i want to check some to see what's the full pic about, so please developers help!

I do not know why mine has no compressor function. The only function mine has is the collage function even the sections which is at the bottom of the screen ( photos, album and tools) which is seen in your preview above is absent in mine the only section I have is photos and albums and a three dot menu which say select, clean and collage, so this photo compressor you are talking about is strange to me. Maybe you should send me an update. Until I see the extra features you've got a one star

Not a bad app, but it can be better. UI is clean and good. 'Compress photos' feature is probably a game changer and it works offline as well! Negative sides: The app only shows you camera pictures in 'photos' section, an option to see all the photos there would be greatly appreciated. Add dark mode as well.

Image disappeared everytime when I update or not ( if i click n open the pic then it shows otherwise it's totally blank space) Nd gallery makes multiple folders for single exp whatsapp images i have 3 folders same for video nd screenshots Totally can't understand what to do with this issue bcz it occupies space which makes the Phone hang out or apps and other features not working properly nd Stop in middle

I truly love this app but the thing which I hate the most is that, it can't play videos properly... Like if I'm playing a video, it jumps several seconds ahead. And no matter how hard you try, the video doesn't even start from behind.. And there is a problem of watching videos like you have to Click to watch the video first and if you want to watch the next video, YOU CAN'T SWIPE, you have to back up first and then click the VERY next video to watch. STRANGE!!!

This app is too primitive to be helpful. No sorting options. No size options. No view, column, management options. Absolutely no customization options. Eventhough my screen resolution is set on tiny, this app displays thumbnails so big that I can only see 6 folders at a time. What kind of aide is this app then?? Way too basic for me. Uninstalled.

Very poor settings , no exact options to move your photos to another folder or even you can't switch folders to one another also hard to scroll the photos , there's also no any option for preview the photos once selected .. many more faults are there need to be refined and adopt some styles from Huawei Original Gallery ..

It can be better, please do add recently deleted and make it more user friendly' The Infinix phone can really compete with other well-known brands but please make the whole UI and Apps interface more creative and very feature-ristic because this is really one of the big factor that can help you to compete with any other brands out there. Looking forward to it!😊

When i open to it, and click on albums, it doesn't show all albums most of time, then i click on camera photos' option in this, and take one step back then, it shows all album. I always get irritate from this bug..,....

As we all know gallery is used to view videos and that is all. But some of the users all watch full hd movies thereby using the ai gallery app on our phone as a contemporary aid to watch movies anywhere and anytime in case no TV is available at the present moment. But it seems the app lacks one major thing for making movies to be watched more interesting is the inclusion of subtitles in order to gv viewers the joy in watching movies. Thank you.

This app doesn't contain most of the features. you can't swipe the video to watch instead you have to turn back and again tap at the next video. Similarly videos and pics can't be move from one folder to another. Pictures should be grouped like when it was taken. Instead of putting each and every pic and video to different folder. There should be a all multiple folder which is default photos and all type of photos should move there. So it could easy to found.So bad experience with AI gallery

Worst gallery app . You can't move photos or videos from one folder to another through this app. And there is no 'recently deleted' function in this app. And this app is too slow, I move some videos from one folder to other through MX player but this app is still showing those videos in previous folder and when I play those videos it shows can't play this video.

App is not working good ,from two days images are not showing in gallery . There are thumbnail pictures , videos and screenshots. Kindly update the app and fix this issue 👍 Each and everything should be showed in gallery , even that when clicking the picture from camera it's not showing in gallery. kindly solve this thumbnail issue as soon possible.

I can't open any file (picture, video, etc), it say need to setting SD. I use my microSD as portable storage, but keep ask permission, and i can't access or save any file. Yup, it's really annoying when keep asking permission, can't close. Pls fix it or pls add disable option if you can't fix it.

Please, please, PLEASE! Add a search folder option. I'm going through an insane amount of folders just to find one folder, and realized my photo isn't there! Please, just add the search feature. It's such a hassle.

Include these options then this will be the best photo gallery app ever: 1) Trash folder so we can recover deleted photos 2) All section where we can see all photos together irrespective of different folders 3) Option to bookmark/favourite photo so it can be easily found in seperate folder
