The app functions, but that about all it does. there is no widget, which is a problem because the app take like 5 mins to start. simply put don't buy their products so you don't have to use their app

Nice app but the email registration field doesn't take more of 20 caracters. It's not possible to register the Alexa skills. I need three characters more. After one year has stop to support Amazon Alexa, and doesn't work at all.
Extremely buggy! If you are using just manual button - ON OFF, then works fine. Bad translation, timer not working properly, works with 1h delay. Sometimes timer can't switch it off, it just turns off-on-off-on.... Annoying.

Don't accept my email address so cant use it with google home and bought it because it shows as compatible with SMART LIFE APP but it doesn't recognize it.

Alexa connection doesn't work. Took many tries to even get the switch to connect to WiFi. Stick with ones that use ewelink since it works for Alexa. The adding of the skill to Alexa was weird with the skill called "firstrank" wanting access to my Amazon details and then doing nothing at all.
