To fix the issue with the SD card you have to pick a new time zone! That similar to yours! I had to pick Alaska and I'm no where near there! Took about 15 minutes to find one that worked! Glad I can now save them! Since last update June 6th all my issues are fixed! The app is running great! Still have issues with one camera always going offline! Everyday I have to reset the camera! But the other one isn't having the same issue! 🤷‍♀️

This app is absolute junk. It averages a delay of about 30 seconds, sometimes over a minute when you move a camera until it catches up on the screen. Even connected to the same wifi at home as the camera. I highly suggest anyone reading this get a different app like tinycam pro. It's instantaneous in its response to commands.

I have owned my cameras for three years and it is absolutely great love it. I started off with one camera and now I have six and they all work great never had any issues with the app or the cameras. I highly recommend to others that are great with electronics and using for security purposes.

The app has lots of features and promise. Some issues though: 1. The streaming is too slow compared to other apps like YI IoT 2. The clip length of 1 minute when it senses movement is too long - it should be 10 seconds 3. It would be good to be able to rewind the camera without going into a separate screen

Terrible app and associated camera. The app drops out when trying to connect through the QR code and does not recognize the router which is dual frequency. It only works through the Ethernet connection. The camera was advertised as 4x zoom but is not. Shoddy deal...both app and camera.

Its a brand new sd card for video and it worked before the previous update...so no its not the SD card its the app. I'd rather have a solution than a generic answer. Everything is as it should be on my end. I had prof installation. AFTER LAST UPDATE APP WILL NOT RECORD TO SD CARD AND ALARM NOT WORKING NO NOTIFICATIONS. WISH I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS. DO NOT GET THIS APP BEWARE...This app has constant issues daily. Currently it keeps force closing and gives the error message"Video Load Error".

The app always have between 10 & 30 seconds of delay. When rotating the camera i have to wait ages to see the change on my app...i have other cameras from different brands like Yoosee , ubell, tuya...they all work fine except this one. Can anyone have a solution for this lag? I also used an ethernet cable...same result !!

After all the complaints and the recent speedy update of the app, it seems to be working fine now, no crashing. Ill give it 4 stars for the time being pending on the reliability.. Good job AI VIEW!!

I have purchased this unit late last year and still not able to connect it to my phone. I have tried all the ways it suggested and still successful. Keeps telling me my phone is illegal, besides that the camera works fine. And I can't seemed to get someone to ask questions. The reason for the one star is not the camera but the fact that I can't connect to my phone

The time between alerts and opening/viewing/ of the recorded situation is way too much.. Develooers must upgrade to an incoming call alarm like almost all this kind of apps have when the alert is triggered so the viewer has instant live view of the situation..

Only had it for a month works fine took time to get it set up with my phone. Quality is good for viewing dose freeze from time to time just can't get the volume to work.

Would like to be able to rotate the picture using the app and lock it there! Currently have the camera mounted upside down and the software doesnt allow you to flip the picture around.

Unable to log in since last update!!! Keeps saying this device has been logged in on another device? I have changed password, no luck. I have sent 2 emails regarding this and another issue, no reply!! you've sent me the same reply as before and it isn't relevant!!!

I love this camera at first i had the same problem as everyone in the reviews had i would get the notification but there was no records then i figured it out the time stamp on the live view was one hour behind the device time and my phone time so i went to the apps time zone and picked different time zones until the time on the live view matched the time on the device all times have to be the same then the notification videos will record and you can view it no problem.

I just bought the cameras from Amazon. I spent an extra $35 for the SD cards. There is no way to get the cameras to record on the SD card. Do not download this app! Return the cameras immediately!

meh...the picture when it loads is great...but false notification and constant crashing makes this app and camera pretty weak...will probably return and search out something better.

App doesnt work well at all. Keeps crashing. Also takes ages to open and then crashes again.

Worst app and worst services ever. Ordered their camera never worked no matter what I did and I'm very computer literate. They don't want you to follow the directions they want you to follow their directions which get you nowhere. So be warned

Why does the app not let you subscribe to the Cloud services you get the option but keeps saying AI VIEW has stopped working. Pictures are great

Tried several times to share my camera with my Wife's phone but even though I put all the details in and it clearly states that a message has been sent to the other phone, nothing arrives via email. Please sort this ASAP.
