The time and date setting on the app is not accurate. Unfortunately, there's no other means to set the time and date. This is very important, please correct it.

Can't login, followed instructions of inputting 10 digit ID and default password but it returns an error.

Same as person below. I signed in with the 10 digit code made a new password and it will open for 2 seconds and says error and closes

It's an excellent APP! So many people on here are getting confused and are actually reviewing UNRELATED bad DEVICES that are simply piggy-backing on the APP. The unrelated devices that use it may, or may not, be good, but they should not be reviewed here. I am using a DEVICE from Techsilver that uses this APP and both are excellent...and I am not affiliated to either, BTW.

Horrendous even been through Amazon and not working !!! Keeps saying login error but wont let me change anything. Tried reset and that's just not working either . Got a video doorbell as disabled and can not use it . Very poor quality and bad customer service from seller not Amazon been great

A lot of people are actually reviewing their hardware's performance, not the app. Aibeile works with many different GPS devices. App itself works without problems and there's a website if you Google their name too.

Log in screen is confusing and glitchy, overlapping imagery, tiny text and strange popups. Seems like pre-release quality. Not buying the watch.

Used to work before. Still can receive and make calls but app functionality, GPS, username, code ALL GONE! Just a small wristband phone now working for some hours only. Battery already failed.

Rarely works and never refreshes Edit: Now I can't even open the app. I click Login and it asks me for a password update but never takes anything I enter. Useless.

The app doesn't allow you to reset password. I enter ID and contact number used for the device but it keeps saying incorrect

Unacceptable. Poor services if there is any provide at all. The services expired try contact them no reply. Time cant be set correctly even putting correct time zone. Nth was mention before about the service will expire. If know wont buy this at all. Still waiting reply since last nov on facebook.

Got this for my sons smartwatch. Its ok not the best gps is not accurate,step counter does not work and i wanted to limit/block the phone numbers that can call him. But anyone besides mum and dad who can get hold of his number can call him. Smartwatch was only to wear when hes out and about without the parents. A blocking facility would be a nice feature to have so only a handful of people can call him.

I'd had the same expiry message and it ceased working finally. I took it to the company and they reset it. Now the expiration date is 2220 and working as good as before. My device is Yorter A18.

App worked well for a few hours then the app cant find the signal from the pendant tracker, whilst the pendant tracker still functions perfectly and messages the google map link which is working perfectly so can only assume an issue with the app

I would like the option to not allow unknown calls to the watches. Also to type messages not just voice messages.

Got notice the devise is about to expire after one year from activation. Tried to email the dealer receive no response ever. No way we can continue for subscription .... not acceptable.

Totally useless! The GPS tracker for my daughters smart watch is NEVER correct! And all in all just a badly put together app.

sold as lifetime free use. after one year have to pay trough original dealer. rip-off and no return possible. got suckered in to buy a device and now have to pay anualy. i wont

I've just purchased the a9 mini....and I'm having difficulty installing it. It says the device code has an error....I bought it from Amazon.
