through the APP, press and hold the SOS button, and the APP can receive
the help information and the help call sent by the device.
5. Others: Do not disturb mode, remote shutdown, micro chat, etc.

No guidance on how to use the app or trouble shoot issues which is frustrating but most of the features are easy enough to guess. Would love to have a proper calendar feature rather than the schedule which only does Mon-Fri and doesn't alert the user when something is coming up. Also it would be good to have a stop watch or timer. Can't seem to control how notifications appear on the phone. So can't easily tell if there is a new chat message from child.
Clean and logical user interface. Easy to set up and add devices. Some features require a restart of the app after addind a new device. Obvious really. Great app.
This app does not sync with the watch. Then I set it up and could not login in. I have had tech support several times - it works for a few weeks then faults again.
Very limited app, the watch has WeChat but the app can't set it up. The GPS is inaccurate, there are features in the app the watch doesn't have and visa versa....
it's not user friendly. The geo fence needs to be able to be drawn (not a circle). The messages from the watch can't be viewed and marked as read.
GPS is constantly inaccurate, most of the time it reads the watch as being interstate or even in China. Set-up is very user UNFRIENDLY.
Generally good and GPS accurate. However adding few other features rod make the tracker 1st class!
Trying to set up. Very clunky and not user friendly at all. Can't get past binding failed.
I can't even look at what's in the app as I can't even log in. Keeps saying there is an error... Hope this is fixed soon as I bought the kids some watches and this is the app we're supposed to use... so far I'm not thrilled..
I'm forced to use it as I have spent so much on the phone. The app does not even have a simple chat notification option. I don't even get notified when my kid send me a message via the watch.
Can't add contacts, can't text to/from watch, do not waste your money, absolute rubbish.
I am trying to use this a new customer today, but keeps saying binding failed. Please advise how to connect to watch.
Good experiance would just like more info on Youtube or anywhere on how ro get the best out if it.

Great so far, we have been using it for about a week. GPS is pretty accurate.
I can't even bind the device to this app. Probably the worst experience ever.
Frustrating. Can't authorise 2nd sub account. Can't remove requeat to try again. What's the point if u can't set up a mother and father account for their child's watch?

Login fails OFTEN! I end up having to call often when just a look at the app would have sufficed, but since the app fails to allow my login I rarely am able to use the full functions. This is a much better version than the previous one - GPS is much more accurate, ability to manage multiple numbers under the same account , but there's still much to improve upon. Another annoying thing was the rating reminder. My options were 5 stars or no review!
