It is used to be okay but recently it is very strange. After I chose some files to upload, it was stuck with the 1st file and kept uploading. When I checked back the folder in the NAS, the file was there but only that 1st file, not the rest. I sorted out the problem only when I manually deleted the stuck job (1st file uploading), then it will proceed to 2nd file and get stuck again. It's endless loop. Please help correct it asap. Thanks.
Missing basic features - this unacceptable for "File a manager". 1. multi selection (e.g before Move)! 2. context menu when viewing photo fullscreen (I don't want to go back to list view to delete/move/rename file!!) 3. icon/tiles view with scaling 4. remember last directory target e.g of last move/copy 5. many times it has problems showing image preview (constant loading icon ) while at the same time ("open" works immediately)
upload to nas rarely if ever works. Am able to log in and browse files, but uploads just stay queued with 0% progress. Have had this NAS and app for over 3 years, 3 different phones, it has rarely worked. Downloads seem to work and are speedy.
*Updated* Just updated to the latest version and now it works like a charm like it used to. Has decided to give it a 4 star rating for their effort to resolve to issue. Just updated it today. Boom! Keep trying connection timeout and unable to access my NAS now. Disappointed.
Great. however, I am noticing uploads are getting stuck and not uploading from mobile. I am using cloud ID for connection. Great for remote viewing but, uploads seem to be an issue across the board. *Permissions are not the issue
How come the app is only able to detect few photos on my phone? How about the rest of the photos? Reply: i want to upload the photos in my mobilephone to NAS. I CAN'T see all the albums in my phome memory. I am using Android phone Reply2: i can't even see all the albums on my internal storag, not to mention the external storage. Neither my whatsapp nor wechat folder is shown in your Aidata app
Hi, I'm not saying you are not looking into it...but is there an update meant to fix the download issue ? I am still unable to download files from my NAS to the phone. It's starting to be a problem. Hope to see a solution soon. Thnx
No! 2-step verification does NOT work! Just get a connection timeout every time after entering the 6 digit code! You guys broke the app!
Works great, isnt perfect. Issues I'm seeing here have to be people not thoroughly understanding the product. AiData and AiFiles really complement each other in my daily file management and organization..
Why it's not downloading the files to SD card on my mobile? It's even not popping up with an error message, just showing 0% progress. To phone memory download is working fine.
I really want to love this app, but I have 2FA set on my NAS, and while the app asks for the verification code, it doesn't give me a place to enter it, in the login, if I remove the 2FA access then I can access using other file explorer apps :/
Usable file browser. Really needs to add a progress and/or confirmation notification for when files are downloading from the NAS.
im an AS3104T user, i cannot even download a file from my NAS with this app, so what is the point of it? also, the UI of this app looks really outdated, do we suppose to use this app in 2019?
The search results cannot show where the finded file is located....useful info like properties, rights is missing.
Uploaded files gets corrupted sometimes. Maybe Huawei phone problem? File corruption makes this the worst backup utility I know.
5 stars so far. Great performance, great developers work. Could add few functions like getsize but app do what it should

It always asks the destination folder, when I want to download a file. But it does not download files at all. It just does nothing. Thus, the only advantage of having remote access to my NAS is to browse the folders. Awesome! And btw, have anyone seen a file manager that occupies 100+ Mb of the phone storage memory. AiData, welcome.
