• One Touch ‘Help’ Phone Button connects travelers directly to emergency travel assistance.
• Assistance ID Card can be accessed via the app in the event the physical card is forgotten or lost.
• Country Reports provide key information on political conditions, security issues, travel logistics, cultural factors, contact details and health advisories with the ability to favorite reports.
• Security Travel Alerts contain security level developments that may affect your travel destination(s) (subscribed travel alerts will be sent to the registered user’s email address).
• Provider Directory contains contact information for healthcare providers in various locations around the world with a map view and ability to turn on GPS and locate providers nearby. Members have the option to rate and share comments about the medical provider (feedback will not be made public and will only be shared with AIG Travel).
• Medical Translations Tool translates medical terms and phrases into multiple languages.
• Drug Brand Equivalency Tool generates drug brand names and their equivalent names for multiple countries.

I tried to file a claim. Everytime I tried to upload documents, the app just crashes. So, I pushed the phone symbol so I could speak to a human and the phone number it dials is wrong! (It doesn't remove the zero between the country code and the area code.)
Ridiculous. The app won't let me log in and crashes after password entered. The password and user name are correct because their website accepts it. A safety related app that is this flaky? Really?
So, my employer has corporate and personal travel insurances, two different policy numbers. Your system only allows one policy per user account, and the app also only allows one logged in user. How do you solve this?
Didnt work on a Samsung S7 with Android 8. All white screen after login. Tried several times, same result.
Same problem as many others - refuses to accept policy number. Doesn't work when trying to register via the website either
pressing "log in" does nothing, pressing "forgot password" does nothing, pressing "new user" does nothing. All in all it does nothing. Uninstalled.

I should be using this under a group policy but it's not allowing new user registration.

It would not even let me register, saying my policy number was invalid. Customer service is also a joke. I provided the information they asked for but they kept giving me the same canned response but no help.

Had problems registering at first but 24 hours later was fine. Lots of useful information available and should prove to be an asset.
Cannot log in, claims that the policy number of my employer is invalid. No information about what format the policy number needs to be in, but format xyz-xxyy didn't work.
What a waste of time. The misleading description is not clear on who the app is for.
Good application
AIG need to reconsider the purpose of this app. If the purpose is to provide information in an emergency, the app should still function to provide at least basic information when a data connection is not available. If there is no data on but emergency contacts are still shown, those numbers can still be dialed by the phone without data. This sort of information is only a few megabytes for the whole world!
