Not good! I'm not sure what has happened lately but when I try to log in it will take forever and then tell me it failed eventhough I use the correct info. I've restarted my phone and 9/10 times get the same results. Please fix, it's very annoying and defeat the purpose of the app.

It's great that you can see all your accounts, deposit checks, and transfer money... but every time I need to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, then register the device... EVERY SINGLE TIME or it gets stuck on a loading screen.

Its a great app when it works. However, it often goes down and I've had to uninstall the app several times (over years) and reinstall it due to its inability to load. Just today, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still isn't working.

Compared to my other credit union this app is substantially inadequate. This previous app at this location was by far better. Takes too much time for transfers to get there and too many steps. Please change back to the old app. Considering changing banks.

App is great when you can get logged in. I called CSR and was told "app is working fine, ypur internet is probably too slow". No..I have high speed internet. I even uninstalled and reinstalled app and changed password still didnt help. Please fix.

I really wish it was faster to update. I dont like have to refresh every 30 minutes just to see banker deposits or withdraws. Not very user friendly. Confusing on most levels.

It was a great app until the recent update. After logging in, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I would have to check my account online instead of through the app.

now I've reinstalled....my app is showing me May 2017! I cant even see recent debits from our account..... (day 4....December 22 my app wont open again ...deleted & reinstall AGAIN) update January 16,2019 uninstall AGAIN for the 6 or 7th time! call customer service & they act like im the only one complaining

There is always problems with the app qnd if you dont log in for q while you have to change your password which makes it hard to remember and in running out of passwords to use

This is the worst app i have ever used I've been waiting for 9 minutes for it to load. Did you not fix the bugs??? Hoping for the banks to open to switch banks.

Tired or repeated login issues. With proper login info. App just thinks infinitely. uninstall reinstall no change. Then randomly will work fine. For a company that started out as an online internet bank this app is sub par to say the least. *********** POS STILL ********

Slow and unreliable. Regularly takes several tries to complete sign in and transactions.

I liked the old app for CNN. It was more up to date as far as my transactions. If it's the weekend I don't know my balance until Monday afternoon

I love this app and if u are having problems with it loading just uninstall it then clear ur catche then reinstall then sign back in. It worked for me when i done it

Very friendly service and always greet you when you walk thru the door. Any questions they make sure to figure it out and give you an answer.

Sometimes it won't load. Inconvienient and annoying. Not much else to a banking app, I figured.

It's missing slot of the options I use to have with Fist National Bank. It needs a lot of improvements

Needs a 24 hour help desk that has an actual person. Very limited on what you can do on the app

I love the convenience of always knowing my amount. it has helped me to not get overdrawn. as often as I use to do.
