Found excessive battery draw from the app (uses 30-40% according to diags) and also spiked a random 100+mb off my mobile data for no apparent reason. Watch does not sync time at all so it no longer keeps proper time and the only notifications that I noticed are functional are from instagram messages. They have allot to work on.
Update to new firmware(1.72) has glitching screen and animations, was told just to wait until next update...like it's ok to just walk around with a glitchy screen. Don't update! Also watch time doesn't sync correctly due to daylight savings, doesn't match phone
OnePlus 7 Pro users cannot connect the wear buds to the app, it does not show up on the list and I'm not the only user that is experiencing this. I can pair them to my phone but not the app
8 GIGS OF SATA USED IN ONE MONTH! The wearbands instruction to connect are incorrect. The watch is constantly an hour behind, and they dont display any useful information from the app.
DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I've had this app for almost a year and just found out that it's been draining anywhere from 25-30% of my battery daily. I was on the verge of buying a new phone for the sole reason of my battery issue, and it turns out it was just this dumb app.
The app is great but they need to fix a lot of the probles for example steps taken, and also possilby add more features for example more watch faces
I cant connect my wearbuds to none of the apps. So far the headphone/watch are great it's just the app that doesnt work.
The app is clean and looks nice, however there are a few spelling errors, which aren't much to be deterred by unless you really hate those.
I cant connect the buds to to app. It doesnt detect it. This makes all the functions useless such as time and fitness. Please have this fixed
Why is the app so hard to search for the watch Bluetooth. The Bluetooth does not want to get connected
So it turns out everything works fine on my iphone but notifications do not work on the Note 9 raising 1 star for it working on 1 of my 3 phones if they can make it work on all phones not just mine I will give it 5

Recieved my wearbuds earlier this week. Went for a run and neither the app nor the watch recorded calories, or distance traveled. I will try again some other time and update the review. The sleep metrics worked and so does the heart rate and the steps so 3/5 for that. Anything marketed as an 'activity watch' should be able to count calories as well as distance.
