Good idea but the software isn't very well implemented or thought out(the app's graphics looks really good though, I wish I could make app's looking that nice), makes for a sort of difficult user experience not to mention the difficulties in making the thing actually connect and update. The purpose of the device is really great but in my experience and opinion it doesn't really accomplish what I was expecting it would to 100% and it is certainly harder to utelize than what I think it aught to be.
Good, when I works. I've been using an AirComfort device since May 2020. It worked well, Bluetooth was occasionally temperamental but toggling on & off usually resolved things. The last month or so it has gone down hill. The graphs in the app are hit and miss. Update, click graph, nothing. Click on current date, graph appears. Now, when clicking to access data after synching the app crashes. Sometimes, around 30% of the time, if you stop the app and clear the cache you can access the graphs.
They worked for about a year then nothing. It just tells me there's 'No chart data available'. Both are reading 19c and 0.4Rh, both wrong. Very disappointing....... UPDATE....... I emailed the company about the problem and i was told how to change the battery. They're was no other advice. DO NOT BUY THESE, THEY DON'T WORK......
Have a lot of frustration, trying to connect to download the data. Also, lack of low and high temp / humidity readings.
It's nice for keeping a log on temp and rh while you're gone from your home or greenhouse. Found a bug though. I have the temp and rh senor. No air quality sensor regarding aqi. My parameters are set to what i need it but my app keeps showing a 151 unhealthy AQI within the ranges i need it at the outdoor:earth indicator. Am i reading it wrong or does this test no2, p04, nh3 ect? Please fix
I like the app but I'm always having problem with it not being able to connect to my air comfort. It's really random and doesn't make sense. But when it works it's really good.
Going back to the shop for a refund. App detects sensor but won't connect to it. Think I'll stick with the old min max hygrometer.
I've updated it from one to three stars. All working ok now but took a ridiculous amount of time to get the update. Good product. Shame about the speed of fixing issues.
Purchased a ibebot aircomfort+ a day ago and I'm very happy with it only if the Bluetooth range was abit more edit only connects some times not so great after all
Absolutely terrible the app doesn't even recognise my air comfort even though its connected to my phone via Bluetooth, will send air comfort back to amazon for refund and purchase something that works
Brilliant app. The development team are awesome at sorting bugs and helping with any issues. 6/5 stars if I could
Closes often for no reason or on scanning your air comfort to update readings... since fixed thanks.
Cant connect to the sensor its asking for a pin. Got in touch with the support and they replied saying download the app. Rubbish
Been using AirComfort for years , just installed the app on my new phone and it doesn't work in the slightest
Missing Options. For some reason since I switched phones the entire growing profiles option is missing.
I can't get the sensor to connect after changing the battery in it, what a waste of money
Was working fine up until today, updated and now the app can't find the sensors
any one can connect to this device at a same time u need to improve safety

It is very difficult to get assistance. The app does not automatically refresh and I have to manually refresh each time which is frustrating and not the point as it should be automatic. Not sure if it has to do with pairing as the device is paired but does not reflect on paired devices on my phone. There are no assistance in the FAQs or on the website. Extremely frustrated 😣😡
