I've had already installed and uninstalled this app because every time offline in flight the downloads made before the flight were unavailable. Now, I connect and then I can't download anything. Totally useless.
I tried using this app before flying to France from London. The app could not find my booking reference and therefore couldn't access the content. I have reported the problem to the app contact information.
it does not accept my flying blue credentials. Looks like there is a limit on password size and my flying blue pw is larger than that by one character. It considers my pw invalid once I add the last character without even pressing the login button
Flash page loads and then nothing. Eventually a message pops up saying something along the lines of "Sorry... Please try again later..." Absolutely pointless. Uninstalling immediately.
Doesn't work. Able to log in, does not allow content download. Key in confirmation code, content still does not download.
Useless app. Unable to download any newspapers to read . App kept saying you must be logged in to download, despite already being logged in and booking reference added.
Cannot download content due to a confirmation code that's "no longer valid" for my AF flight later today for which I already have my boarding pass. Worthless.
Play with nothing to play... And it's called Air France Play. Just newspapers and Instagram magazines. Disappointed.
Only works for first login. After that you only get the logo page and can't even login. A waste of time.
Huge memory hog. Won't let me log in as doesn't recognise any booking details. Useless. Do not use!
Awful. Came up one day with a "not enough space" although I had 4Go free ... please lay out your developers!

I had more than one flight, didn't allowed me to watch the movie on the first flight stating I could only see on the next flight.

Does not recognize my booking. I can only read the Airfrance and KLM magazines.
Booking reference and name were not recognized of could not be verified. therefore, the all was useless.

it takes forever to load content, many times you have to start the process all over again and you loose the loaded content. it disconnects many times from the account. it bugs a lot!
