Car is fine, the app isn't. Like many others before me, the app will get stuck in a loop at the connection portion although my phone and the car are synced. If the main function of the app was fixed then I would give it a high review, but since it hasn't been updated since 2017 that probably won't be the case.
Pure garbage. Definitely the last Air Hogs (aka Spin Master) product I will ever purchase. They stopped supporting the app almost immediately after the car was released (no support after November 2017 per their website). I would highly suggest that anyone owning this car to contact their state AG for false/misleading advertising. What's sad is that the functionality was there and it would only take a very simple update to address the wifi issues. Obviously Spin Master is too lazy and doesn't care about their customers enough to bother with it though.
this app is not working on my samsung A10e. It works on galaxy notes because I used my dad's phone and it worked. After more than 5 tries I gave up. I went on the app, I connected to the AH_RACE_CAR170123 and It didn't work. The only reason I rated 3 is because the car works perfectly and Im happy that my dad didn't waste his money. But the car isn't worth what it costs because it's main feature doesn't even work. Update This App now or everyone else who doesn't have a working phone will be mad.
Whenever I press the drive option it shows me the steps to do and I do them, but when I re-enter the app to drive in vr, it shows me the same steps and I cant drive, therefore, I downloaded this app and bought the whole vr car setup for nothing. And I dont think I'm the only Samsung user who has this problem. Please fix this!😠
App Works Great (with a BIG catch). Only seems to work with older phones Prior to 2018. If the App is updated this would easily be a 5 star product! Not compatible with Google Pixel 3 at this time
This app is bad, it is no working. It says that i need to connect to the car's wifi, even though i am connected to its wifi. I think the problem is that samsung is not gonna work, fix it or i rate a 1. 😡
Kinda feeling duped. Bought a brand new R/C car for my son and the main feature of the car is unusable because the app has not been updated since 2017. If you're not going to keep the app updated to work with new phones you shouldn't be selling these.
it works on older phones but i could not get it to work on an up to date version of Android. i would give 5 starts if they would update app.
Connects to wifi on the car but keep looping. Doing this on 2 different devices. S8 and OnePlus 6.
App gets stuck in setup loop despite being connected to the cars wifi signal and won't let you launch fpv mode bugged out and a real disappointment
wasted money!!! App will not recognize that the phone is connected ti the car therefore driver pov doesn't work. Which is the only reason i purchased this toy.
Not working with xiaomi mi6 which quite an older phone already. This makes most of the functions unusable!

It sees the FPV wifi and it says that it connects to it but then it just does nothing else!

DO NOT KEEP THIS TOY. RETURN IT this app DOES NOT WORK on line is NO HELP its just wasted money. my son is soooo disappointed this Christmas day thanks for your piece of junk drone.

On one phone the app won't connect after WiFi established. On another phone it crashes 10 seconds after the camera view activates. I would have rather spent my money on a faster more versatile rc car without fpv at this point. I really hope they get the app fixed.
App is not working for Google and Samsung phones. When attempting to pair the camera to the phone it sends you to phone settings to select the car's Wi-Fi then upon returning to the app it starts the process over again. It continues to loop with no change. I have read that many others are having the same issue with no fix given. Please correct this so we may utilize the primary function we paid for!
