I have reinstalled my airnav pro onto another device, now want to restore purchase on my new device. Can not get that done at all, when I open my app, takes me to a intro page, can not go anywhere from there. Takes me to a page where it wants me to purchase the app again. Support is non existing for 2 days now already, I can send as much mails as I like. Time to maybe move to the competition, and see how they do. Will not pay for something I have already paid for, and is still active on the webs
I've been using Air Navigation Pro for a very long time and have checked the competition many times and always come back. It is super easy to use yet full of features. I use it for flying around without a particular destination as well as for more complex navigation scenarios in which it definitely excels! Highly recommended! Also, their maps are always updated super quickly!
I purchased air nav for one year but now after 2 months after opening the app it's showing purchase for use although still 10 months left and it's really disappointing please if you could resolve this issue need help
Still not sure, what code you need for the subscription,but I'm very happy with the prompt response
App worked in my plane prefectly for a while. Then some problems arose and I could not install the application on a new tablet. I got in contact with the Blue Skies Team, explained my problem and they helped me solve my problems. Se found out the problem was not with the app, but with my tablets. Everything has worked prefectly well sonce then. I would like to thank them for their assistance and I would recommend the app to other pilots, as it is simple, and comes with efficient support.
It seems difficult to migrate into a new device (same OS, Android). I downloaded AirnavPro into my new android device but no matter which way I chose to sign-in (goggle account or e-mail) I always end up with the subscription screen which asks for 64.99 euros / year!!! Surprisingly the app works fine on my previous device and all my purchases in it as well. Note that I have paid for this app the first time I downloaded it and installed it. Now why do you ask me to do that again...?!? I am waiting for a response and solution from "support.airnavigation.aero/"
App crashes every 3 minutes. You're tricking people to downloading the app. Honesty would be to only allow download after paying 100€. The information "Regardless of subscription you can add any of our paid charts in you app" is incorrect since you don't get past the intro without paying. Great app on iPad, unusable on Android, no connection between the two subscriptions. Quite sad.
Rip Offs. Bought paid version in 2017. Used it as I was Skydive dropping pilot. One year later, 2018, no notification that subscription was about to expire and that automatically will be extended. I didnt need the app anymore but Xample sucked out 93 euros. I send an e mail that I wanted to terminate. Year later, again sucked out 93 euro. Didnt use the app since 2 yrs and sending mails and still get ripped off. Stay away from this app and company. Scam.
Hi, I have purchased this app on 2015. Not using the app for quite some time. But now when I try to reinstall this app, it's ask me to try for trial and may be charge after the trial. Seek for help. Tq
Unbelievable. New version overwrites everything. All routes and waypoints previously saved ... GONE! Support says could've uploaded to cloud before doing update. Thanks for nothing. No suggestions or warnings you going to lose everything. The system is slow and buggy. Time to look elsewhere?
App updates reset any user settings and map configuration, user interface not intuitive, and they went from a once off purchase to a subscription model, even for people who purchased the app and maps in the past. And that is if the app launches successfully in the first 10 tries. Thanks but I'm done.
The new update has deleted all my user waypoints. So much effort gone waste. I have a backup file saved but It is not accepting backups also. Very sad. Please amend this, i want my waypoints back or please refund my subscription. No quit button. All IFR waypoints are not visible, which were there in the previous version. The databse always shows as downloading. Not a satisfying upgrade.
I Subscribed 4years ago to this App. But since day one I just have problems on the Android Devices with Airnav Pro. Now after the latest update I can't login even though I paid my Subscription for the year. The web page doesn't work can't even reset my Password. I reported it many times and no Luck... Very disappointed in their service lately.. I rather end my Subscription and find something else to use.
You have a perfect app that DOES NOT work on android, I get it you put a lot of effort in making it robust on IOS but I was very unhappy when it crashed on my s8 multiple times in mid air on a cross country trip. Also the ETA's do not work either. Show some Android love guys come on.
For an app that is used in flight it is overly dependent on Internet connection for use in an area where reception is intermittent to bad in general. Are you trying to make the app worse while forcing people to pay for it. It was better quality and more reliable with better support when it was free...
Absolute rubbish I supported these people from day 1. Paid what was then an extremely high sub, now, latest upgrade is a further annual fee. It has been a buggy, sub standard product and I moved the skydemon but kept on anp out of interest. So now, here's my reward! Thanks anp - best of luck but defi itely without me, I need 2 way loyalty Bye 'send your history from the playstore a/c' put the monkey on my back - get lost, I can do without the stress of your bug riddled app - plenty far better
Waste of time It won't even allow you do do anything but asks for you to be logged in. Once logged in to start the trial the app is unresponsive and won't get off the screen. Complete waste of time. I'll probably get charged the yearly sub rate as well as i couldn't change or cancel anything.
iOS version is great, but Android version doesn't have all functions, is very slow, keeps crashing and requires internet connection... Going to use alternative apps till this becomes as good as the iOS version. After all lives depend on it!
Reinstalled after a year or so only to find they are on a money grabbing exercise. Basic App cannot be used without paying for it (which I think I paid for originally anyway). Can't get past subscription screen. Update: 8 Oct 2020: After the vendor contacted me the above issue was resolved.
It's crashing every time when you pressed "Direct To". By the way is so hard to find this option. You must select a Waypoint, type an airport/fix name than click "Info" small icon only after this you will find DirectTo label. Plus, I have to purchase US maps and procedures what are free and published by FAA.
I wanted to complain, but seeing all the reviews, I guess it's already been said. After using it many years, got to the airport today, and found out it's locked, even though I have an active subscription and purchased maps. Very disappointing.
For years I have been using this app. Paid for maps for my country and was happy with the app Now after all that time you guys decide to be money grabbers, now require yearly subscription just to use. Highly disappointed. I will not recommend anyone support your decision and wonder if I will be refunded for the maps purchased before?!
Hi, My Air Nav Pro appears has a login bug. Recently, it is not opening saying the Expansion Pack failed at Licence check. Also, its telling me to check my Google Play Services which I am logged into. Its also saying it requires wi-fi for a download. But even on downloading on wi-fi, its not helping. Request an early resolution. Captain Amit
I had already paid for this application when it had a one-time fee (it wasnt cheap either), and now I am forced to pay for a subscription?? How is that fair? I paid the one-time fee knowing I wouldn't ever have to pay again unless I needed specific charts. UPDATE: problem resolved, thank you for the prompt support
Really a great App. Been using it since 2016 for General Aviation and for the last few years I've been using it for Aerial Fire Fighting. I had a problem with the App not recognizing my new device, but a quick Email sorted out the problem the same day. Great service
Waste of money, and expensive. Constantly crashes, you can't rely on it, hence useless up in the air. Paid full price and didn't even get any refund. One of the worst experienced I've ever had with any application.
This application is a big buggy in Android. App usually hangs, slow response of buttons in subscriptions page and force close most of the time. Application needs massive improvement in terms of it being a paid subscription.
So how would you feel if you paid for something, it was wonky but at least worked, and then you would get locked out and get absolutely nothing more without subscribing to something? I feel cheated. Betrayed. Utterly disappointed. Even just OSM and the basic, free, nav database would have been enough given that I PAID FOR THE APP.
Hi All. In 2019 i posted a bad review about Air Navigation Pro for my dissatisfaction in Android version. I bought them sinced 2014, one for IOS and one for Android, in IOS the Air Navigation Pro works very well until now. I fly the helicopter, well you know, alot of preparations we need to do especially fuel management, t/off landing for interior and remote areas. Not airport to airport 😚. However the team support have given their best effort. Guys you deserved 5 Stars from me. Well done!😘
