Air Quality China
Air Quality China is a free Mobile application to check real time Air Quality Index (AQI) values of all major cities in China. It also comes with an app widget which is updated automatically for every 30 minutes.
Required permissions:ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and INTERNET: download AQI data.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (implies READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): save screenshot for social sharing.

It's a good app when it works. Not updating data for many cities since 11/9/2018. ðŸ˜
It was good but not can't update, it is only showing readings from 2 weeks ago, it just does not update
None of the cities would load. Just didn't work on my phone

App stopped working, what more do I need to say?
No idea why people rate this app so highly. App doesn't show the air quality around me. Data is frequently late by several hours. No maps. Graphs are plain ugly, back to the 90's style...
Used to work great with selectable air quality measuring stations. However, does not update anymore since 10 days (early May 2018) now.

Does not refresh. It seems the developer stopped supporting the app? Pity! It was my first AQI app. I'm now using air visual app, it works all the time and the coverage is way better.
It hasn't been working since May 4th.

Loved this app. As another user remarked below data has stopped updating. Checked developer's weibo and he said can't work on it anymore and transferred rights to someone else. Have to wait and see if new owners will keep this app running
The app doesn't update data in certain regions of China (Shanghai, Suzhou and around). In other areas where i travelled recently it is working well (mostly South China Hunan + Guangzhou). So I'm wondering what went wrong here. Before it was a very reliable source of information presenting real data and not only data submitted by big brother
The format is perfect, but even after trying to change from 24 hour average to real time it still gives yesterday's 15:00 readings - not good enough to plan a morning jog.
The information doesn't change, no update on the current AQI. Same problem on different devices.
Working again, but worried about its accuracy
The widget no longer auto-updates, which is a key feature.
As mentioned in other reviews, this app stopped working. I am now using the AirVisual app to tell me about air quality in China and in the rest of the world. I wish I had found that new app earlier!
