If the app is not stable don't go live with this new version. I still prefer the previous version because the first load when open app is fast. This new version is so slow. While open the app I have to wait, click into my water bill account I still have to wait. Can't even pay the bill also. Oh my god. Faster fix the first load problem because I want to pay my water bill! Or you want to pay on my behalf I don't mind.
I definitely prefer previous UI, beautiful and easily to use. The bottom navigation bar is very needed, it help navigation very well. The current app is not working at all, I want to check my bill but just prompt me multiple time of error. I'm disappointed.😔
Horrible! It was fine before the latest updates. The search for affected areas can't even input address with a text followed by a number. Eg "usj 13". When try to input "13", the text every disorder dissapear? Selecting from drop down also doesnt do anything! The new UI looks confusing
After latest update, it is very slow for every time it's loading, the entry screen, the circle keep rotating, very annoying... The new interface is very beautiful and clean but would be better if it loads at good speed like previous interface... Thanks
It is very stressful to use this app let alone going thru the frequent water issues. Can't even log in. Update: after trying to reregister using the same credentials and was told that my email, phone number and ID were already in use, I finally found out that the reason I couldn't login was because of the space right after my email address which I accidently keyed in when trying to sign in. Hence the app did not recognise my login ID. How silly? 😂
The previous version is ok, although not perfect. Why change something that is already ok? Now is worst, after update, they ask to login again, since forgot the password, try to recover through email n click send. Guess what? It fails, asking "required" as if i'm not filling my email address.
Previous version is good. Simple and easy to load. After upgraded to version 4, existing user cannot longin by email. Even wanted to reset password,l for email, the email is not valid.
New version not useful at all. Previous version is perfect which will show upcoming water distribution at the area. Luckily received sms from air. Already two times made complaint via enquiry in app but cs not helpful. Simply closed the enquiry. Worst.
Don't update this version, worse. Very slow, even the previous payment n water usage not showing, keep on reading the background. I wonder if the old data sync with this new one. Big regret.
Only good for payment whichbi can easily get it done by TnG ewallet. Submitted few complaints on water pressure issue(pulsating). Everytimes shown case close. But ntg been done. The pulsating issue still occured everytime we on the tap.
I'm happy with the previous version, user friendly, clean, fast interface. Now, I can't log in into my account after latest update. And the latest update is slow!
What a nice for new UI experience, good feature to add extreme long waiting time switching between bills and timeout payment page. Useless app that cannot even make payment.
The latest update is terrible - i don't want to login nor do I want any unwanted news. The previous version is best, it automatically show the preselected preferred region.
Very inconvenience. After update I need to login again and unfortunately it keep saying the email is not valid. Then I try to register in case I forgot my daily-used email and it keep saying invalid email. Now I cant even see my bills and need to only assume the amount to make the payment.
Updated version should be better than the previous version but this one becomes worse. Existing user need to login again but surprisingly the apps can't recognise the email address. What happen??
App has been terrible since the UI update. Can't check any of my units water bills, and the app is unreasonably slow. Optimize the app or at least change it back to the old UI
Getting worst after update. Page keep on loading too long. Not able to view my bills at all. Not my network courier problem because i'm able to open TNB all other apps. Fix this problem!!
Error message, "net-error" appeared on screen during online payment attempt. Not a case of my telco connection issues, 'cos its the connection icon is fullbar and has internet access. Have no issues with previous version.
Dont really like the new interface.. the old one UI easy and straight to the point.. the splash screen look nice for few time but its just artificially slowing the user down..
I have been using this apps well but after it's been updated to v 4.01 it just couldn't recognize the same email and password that I use to login, why??? When i re-register myself, it said "email is not valid". Please fix this!!! How do I view all my bills again? Stupid!
Too bad. Service unavailable for forgot password when entered phone number. And when entered email, it says email required. And I am already fill in the email address. Still the text box cannot detect the address entered. Why update very frequently?
Horrible experience after app update. Very bad UI and UX design. And what's the reason of including the world map while this app is clearly made for Malaysia only?
I cannot login to this new updated version. The recovery password function through mobile phone and email are not working. Please fix it. I never had any problems with the previous versions.
New updates is terrible. Slow upload. Cant even make payment. Error msg. Prefer the old one simple and easy to use. No point of having this apps if cannot make payment.
If there is Zero Star, I will give without being hesitant. New updated version makes me re-login into my account. Obv I forgot my password, request for reset link and guess what again? I have to wait for them to send to my inbox in geez idk, eternity? Maybe can request your developer not created something so troublesome to your client
Stuck with sms verification for the first register step! Didn't get any verification code, and already resend still dont work! This shows how "effective" the app! Here is a sincere suggestion to you, please continue with the hardcopy bill, until you have already take action on this ridiculous issue!
