How does Aira work?
By using the camera on your smartphone – or Aira’s proprietary smart glasses – a live video stream is sent to an Aira agent. Through an AI-powered dashboard, an Aira agent is able to immerse themselves in a blind or low-vision person’s world, seeing and hearing their environment. Agents also have access to web-based data, including maps, location tracking, search engines, text-based messaging and even rideshare integration – all carefully calibrated to provide blind and low-vision users with a seamless and positive experience.

This app will not work on the google pixel 3AXL and all you get is lines. Also witht he sampsung s10 , we cannot take pictures and even you have to turn off the wifi to use the app. This app needs a lot of work and with regareds to the pixel 3AXL its totally unesable and If I was a new custoemr I would not be inpressed!
Doesn't work on my device. Have a Blackberry Model no. BBE100 minus 5. Interferes with Talkback. When using, shuts off Talkback and restarts, taking me back to launcher. Also, cannot register. There is only a log on or phone number option. When doing both, get message an invalid message. Will uninstall this app as it serves no purpose.
Country bug: So I recently installed aira, but I'm not from the USA or any other english country. For some reason, it let me install it anyways. Before it didn't use to do that.
Even though we didn't find a good use for it Aira would not return our materials and we were stuck with a bricked useless $500 phone. They are terrible.
I love the service, I love the app, I do not like the privacy policy. I am nervous that video is being recorded
Was excited to use it to help people "anytime, anywhere," but it turns out that it's not available to anyone in the EU, so the product description is misleading.

Gatwick advise this app is available but it excludes UK users so pointless
Amazing service that offers free visual interpretation to members of the blind and low vision community. It allows them to have much more independence and confidence thought every aspect of their daily lives.

Update: Aira update recently would not install. I tried all suggestions from Google play, uninstalling the app, completely reset my phone... I still cannot reinst Aira. :-( * Aira is great, but none of my pictures are able to be shared. Every time I click on the share button under my photos the app says "can't share at this time. Please try again later.." I have a lot of pictures with a lot of great descriptions/captions that I would love to add to my camera roll. I hope this can be fixed soon.
