I downloaded this app thinking I could buy tickets on-line and transfer over to app. Apparently not. I can't even log into the app using my aircoach id password.???? A disappointing app. The fares are not the same as on line and I also couldn't find kids fares on app.
What's the purpose of this app? Singles and returns are same price as when bought onboard. You save if you buy packs of 5 tickets, but that's available only for one way tickets - the whole thing is pointless and more expensive than buying on the website. Another disappointing app after the never working one that was supposed to geolocate the buses.
1 more expensive than booking online. 2 when i bought two tickets they disappeared. in desperation i bought 2 more. Then the first 2 reappeared, so i had 4 over priced tickets. 3 got onto the bus. it turns out these tickets don't guarantee you a seat 4 if you are 2 persons travelling together the 2 tickets have to be in separate phones, so the driver wouldn't accept them anyway. This is an appallingly bad app. I've had good experiences with Aircoach until today, but here on in it is Ulsterbus
Do not use this app!!!! . Only if you book online you have a guaranteed seat. This ticket does not allow you on board if others have booked online. They go first.!!! I was not allowed in with this ticket.
Pointless. Use the website. You can't reserve seats, you can buy a ticket but only activate it 30 mins before departure, which means reservation is futile.
If you buy two tickets (eg for you and your partner), their system will only let you redeem one. I'm not sure how aircoach have managed to overlook this, glaring flaw in the process.
The app is useless as it doesn't even guarantee a seat on a specific coach. If it's full you'll be left behind. I'll never use this again.
Already have an account with aircoach for years but says my email doesn't exist so had to re-register with same email just for the app. Have an active ticket for next week but looks like I'll have to show my email itself now. Ta for that!
not a good start. easy enough to buy a ticket but impossible to activate it. No response to e-mails and a UK phone support number for an Irish customer base. not an encouraging start
Totally useless bought a return from the airport to Dublin machone on the bus would noy read the WR code. Same on return to airport had to argue with the driver that an Aircoach machine should be able to scan a WR code from their own app and it wasn't my fault. He had even seen me activate the ticket and could read the valid date too. App deleted getting a leapcard.ie travel card next time which gives travel on the Dunlin buses and Luas too.
Too many permissions, no idea why you need access to my phone book. Provide nothing extra, could book online and have an email copy where I can buy it for someone else.
Can't buy tickets for specific times. App confusing and difficult to use. Needs a lot of upgrading.
Not useful 😕... just waste of time if you book via this app. Need to stand at the end of que to get in the bus.. never use it again 😕

Really!? Your supose to know which ticket to get with this app??? Route 703 doesnt say much.... Won't accept payments
Terrible app. First travel app to ask for phone calls permission ever. Uninstalled. Will book on the website. Get a proper dev team.
Excellent Service that you always give on route 703. So sad that its off at the moment due to Covd 19 but will look forward to the Service resuming soon. Sylvia Brennan a frequent traveller
Customers purchasing tickets on the website will be preferred:I strongly recommend to buy tickets there instead of using this annoying app.
Tickets booked online are cheaper than the app. Need to sort this out before I will use it

My usual journey from Cork to Dublin is €21 on the website yet €26 on the app. I'm using Gobus if that prices increases

Ripoff compared to original site, using 702 loughlinstown flyover to Dublin Airport and they add an extra euro...
Why would the air coach app need permission to make and manage calls on my phone when the sole purpose is to book tickets????? Deleted

1.: App was advertised as cheaper than any other booking-method. Well... That's a blatant lie. It's cheaper to book via the website. 2.: The website allows me to book on half of others who are traveling with me. The app only allows one traveller at a time per device. 3.: Tickets bought on website can't be transferred into the app. Absolutely pointless app and a waste of space.
