After installing on p8 tried to put my number in,would not accept it unfortunately.could not even sign up! Had hoped ok for texts to Philippines.Cannot use unfortunately

Cannot register with mobile or email ID
Try out the 4 way video calling on your phone. Had some issues with our home router. Shocked it worked so well with my AT&T 4G LTE connection.
Can i call contacts who have no wifi conecction through this when my credits run out?? Plzzz answerr. If so ill give this 5 stars
