In Air Europa we have designed a new app for all of you. For the frequent travellers… For families that travel together… For the ones that keep enjoying life travelling… Because nothing will make us lose our desire to fly.
We have thought it as your personal assistant, before, during and after your flights. With our new app you will be able to:


- Register simply using your e-mail.
- Search and buy flights in the blink of an eye.
- Check-in easily and fast, select your seats and share our new boarding passes, grouped by flight and reservation, in order to make them easier to use whether for one or more passengers.
- Store reservations and boarding passes associated to them in “My reservations” section.
- Look up your new travel assistant (Timeline) that shows the relevant information during each stage of the journey.
- Store your profile and preferences in “My account” section, so searching and buying is even easier and faster.

And we keep working on more new features. Because nothing will make us lose our desire to fly.

I booked my ticket via TUI and installed the app. In the begining it went ok. But start from last week the app is not working. Not allows me to manage my booking, checkin, and seats selecting. Only shows me serve errors message.I use laptop to do the check-in and the official website also gave me the same internal serve errors message.

Payment wouldn't go through, it gave the 404 error, then another error trying again 30+ minutes later. Also scrolling doesn't work properly.

The App is completely unreliable. Sometimes it works to check in sometimes it doesn't! The amount of error messages that I receive is a joke. I had to log in multiple times in order to receive my boarding pass once, even though I simply repeated the process. The app is not connected to wallet app (it asks me to download it, although it is already downloaded), the actual website it shut down at the moment... Very bad customer experience!!!

the App works well most of the time, but please add the following features: 1. currently language choice for some reason depends on the geography where you currently are, rather than depending on fixed user preferences. please have the language settings to depend on user preferences. 2. an option to add a different loyalty card from the group (flying blue for instance) and use it to update the past trips as well as new ones booked via the app.

scroll is a bit buggy. Switching apps for some time resets the progress on your booking and you have to start all over. Going back to change the payment method resets the whole booking and you need to start all over. Other than that, the look and feel has really improved and feels like the one of a modern tech company

Too frequent disconnections, it doesnt matter on which network I'm connected (4g or home/work wifi). Sometimes it takes you back to the home page... even in the middle of a purchase (just happened to me). I like the app, e.g. how easy is to use miles to ourchase a new flight, however there's still much room for improvement.

I use to like very much, but since last updates we can't see the boarding card from the app. Without this the app is useless. In these days these kind of error are not understandable. Sorry, i wait for the next update but the boarding pass is not yet possible to see from the app. After last updates the issue persists. I saw that other companies are allowing to seen the boarding pass in Google Pay. could be a good solution also.

Only problems with the app printing boarding passes. was a total fiasco for a simple thing. in the end I had to take screenshots of the boarding passes which defeats the purpose of the app. I'm uninstalling this immediately. They just want your information...

It is unfortunate that I cannot give it less than 1 star. The boarding pass doesn't even show up or load up even after registering an account with Air Europa. I entered in the correct booking reference and surname and somehow it says that it is wrong. Luckily I probably will not encounter Air Europa in the future and if I do I would recommend avoiding them and going for a more reputable airline.

The Apps presentation is good but why is it nearly impossible to check in and when you do it will not let you have your boarding card. Ive had to go via the website to get it.

Poor experience! First, to create an account is very slow method and you have to accept several mails during the process. Second, the process to buy a ticket is very archaic, and mandatory to fill fields as ID Expiry dates! It is the only airline who require it. If you are buying a ticket for another person with your account and you haven't that detail you CAN'T book it. In other airlines apps you can confirm those details when you check in your flight. A big pressure for buying a simple ticket.

Flight did not appear, had to logoff and login every time to see flight info. Problems to check-in. When choosing seat a message appeared "connection to server lost" then I tried to check in again and got the message I had already checked in?!?!?! Imposible to get the boarding pass, the app just hanged and got me back to the home screen. Had the problem in the android version. iPhone seems to work better.

The app does not remember the reservations you add and in general is slow and does not show proper information (l can't add the fidelity card after the reservation is made, l can add as many luggages as l want, one by one and it does not update the price properly,...) On the bright side, the checking process is good and it downloads the QR codes in an easy way

Too many issues 1) sometimes log in doesn't work. (web service unavailable). 2) checking in does not let you enter a different frequent flyer number, it has to match with the booking, it shouldn't give an error, just a warning and continue 3) it doesn't save traveler's information so you don't have to enter it every time you either book or check in for a flight. 4) sometimes it doesn't find reservations through record locator if you purchased your flight through an agency (that uses Amadeus)

Nice app when working properly. Even after reinstallation keep as leaving offline mode either with wifi or 4g...only allow login. On another phone, very poor experience experienced at airport controls with app unable to allow access to boarding pass..don't forget to use an third party app to get your boarding pass in advanced.

I believe the developers are either underpaid either got no experience in making an user friendly app. I have to spend over an hour to check in because i have to manually look for country or date of birth. Why is there no function to input with the keyboard the country and why do i have to input personal details so many freeking times??? why i have to do check in once and the second time on my return flight there are no data autocomplete?? Inputing the suma card number doesn't work....

This is app wins the award of worst airline app ever. Fly frequently with aireuropa and 8 out of 10 times I get error codes when trying to check in both in app as on the mobile site. Also no options that work to pay for a seat change. Incredible that even after months you don't do anything about the user experience.

The app returns a lot of errors when trying to check-in. Moreover, the errors end in "please try later", so we kept trying and at the end we realized that the check-in was already done. So, we tried to download the boarding passes, but the app kept returning error messages.

The application is very slow, and it frequently "breaks" - I am unable to login using the app on my android device. I continually receive "Server Error Try Again" messages, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application. I cannot even access the login page.

I'm frequent user of flight apps (at least twice a week). Air Europa app doesn't work half the time. Typical issues are not being able to check-in or not being able to load the boarding pass. At least there is always the web that works so far.

App freezes frequently and loading overlay sometimes seems to stay on screen even though the content has been loaded. It also frequently launches an error informing that there was no internet connection found in the device ( when there is and it is working properly). Air Europa App Dev Team please fix this or hire me and I will fix it

Useless. When you need it, app will open after 2-3 minutes. Can you imagine this at the airport when boarding? You can not save your boarding pass to mobile wallet - it's not working. Save your time and have boarding pass in your email.

Terrible app. Inconsistent in how it loads pages (and if not properly loaded, you are unable to progress with your checkin). It is seemingly not possible to load boarding pass within app, so had to send it to my email. Very uninuitive to use.
