I have started using AL about two months back. Although I have not used more than 10 to 12 times but found very much feasible, economical and respectable. However, condition of one or two coasters need to be reassessed. Even than considering deteriorated condition and mismanagement of public transport specially for ladies, services have been much appreciated. Option for booking of more than one seat from single account may please be looked into.
Idea is very good plus you have drawn heavy investment as well but failed to provide services at ease to customers. I am an IT professional plus an Sqa as well(btw i have also faced some errors in the app) but still after a very long observation,airlift has failed to provide me any assistance at all. I dont think that currently your app is stable at all let alone help customers on a daily basis for commute.
Airlift is a good service, not the best but acceptable (at least for me). A note for new users: Kindly don't compare this app with UBER or CAREEM app. Those apps have become perfect with the passing time. No mobile app comes into market in perfect condition, app development is a continuous process and changes are made gradually. In this regard Airlift has definitely improved their app but their are still many changes required. Hopefully in coming times those will be implemented.
I'm having a lot of problems in my work commute, unfortunately I have night shifts and Airlift does not operate on my route and time yet! I'm new in town and i go from Mehran Bus Stop in Model to Khaliq-uz-Zaman road in Clifton, I can definitely use a convenient and inexpensive service like Airlift but I can't reach the helpline and I can't have the timings for my work commute! Kindly requesting a few helpline numbers or online chat for these problems! Thank You!!
It was good in the start but now I'm facing issues . Like a time or 2. The driver was rude. And many times it has happened that my bus got missed because the bus was changed due to some damage.. so atleast u should send a msg about the changes of the bus and the new no. Plate ... and it now gets delayed alot.. in the map it shows that its about to reach but then it goes way back. The map shows it going back and delays its time
Excellent service, very affordable for everyday commute. There's only one problem with the app, it doesn't let me book a ride unless I update it once a new update is available. Kindly understand that sometimes we don't have space in our phones to update. I hope you will fix this issue. Thank you.
I changed my routes and now its much better, the bus comes on time and even though it's almost full, the bus is all chill. Used it for an entire week and its going pretty awesome. The service is going good but the App needs lot of work, it's like they rolled and MVP to production, looking forward to further updates to the App
Details are that i searched for routes from morr samnabad to comsats and it is showing me the routes of gulberg to model town.😑 Just show all the routes availble you have. Swvl has a friendly interface but they neither have the routes. But in this app there are bugs like switching my place, i am selecting from to option but it is putting my destination in where to. And this is the second time I unistalled this app. Thank You
The worst and misleading bus service. The bus stops after every minute almost, due to which 'Arrival time' is badly impacted. Airlift claimed to drop me at my destination at 9:01 am, but i got late almost 25 mins. Don't fraud with the public, just to reserve a seat more, by showing false timings. Moreover, the coaster, they use is of 90's i think. Last but not the least, driver's cell phone continuously ring, due to music and phone calls.
I have wasted my time to create an account several times, but unable to create. Never received SMS for verification within the 29 seconds time. At the end something went wrong pops-up on the screen. I ha ve seen a lot of comments on this problem but no response from Airlift team. Its very disappointed situation.
Searching is really confusing. There are no uniques IDs assigned to routes. Rather we have to remember via it's route, which is very long. Can't save a route to favourites. Very strange that route is available from say point A to point B, but no route back from B to A.
I was convinced with the service first as they were providing a good opportunity to those who travel on local transportation. I first saw a bad review here on playstore stated that the bus didn't arrived and changed the route. I ignored that but the same happened to me on my first ride. The bus didn't arrived and I got late from my University as the serviced promised to reach the destination on time but didn't even arrived on the pickup point. I will absolutely not recommend this services!!
App is good and getting better plus privision for upto three bookings is good and makes sense. I like the recent update and interface for ticket booking but the screen before booking asking for confirmation had sentences mingled up and the map screen to view for stops is very small. The App must be made little more smarter it does not display alternatives routes properly instead it shows non practical far distant stops which obviously are worthless. Keep on improving
Useless yet. and the Biggest flaw is that they do not keep time and have their own timing. This aint flexible. I took Just one ride out of 4 time booking, just because either they are very late or sometime they cancel the whole trip or the bus could not find me or I am unable to trace the bus. A lot of work needed. Should be clear about pickup specially. 2 stars for Initiative! keep it up!
Sheer disappointment. I have tried it 4 times and I never got picked up from my stop. The drivers are always in rush. Moreover, the directions are vague. I tried to follow through the maps even but it always had misguided. There are lots of bugs in their app. In addition to this, there fares are high and the service is third class.
