AirPopup (airpods battery & more)

A very good app. I hope you could put more options on tapping. Like triple tap and one tap if it can happen. Also with battery life on the case, you should put to show always how much was left from the last charge of the pods. The ear detection has to be working when my phone screen is turned off. It doesn't work when my phone screen is turned off. That would be great if you could put that too. thank you. Overall very good 👍👍👍 Keep up the good work.

Almost perfect. Everything works pretty well, even the double tapping and quadruple tapping, though sometimes it takes a few tries for it to work. But the thing that really sucks is that the ear detection is a hit or miss, sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't want to work. Even when it does work, the ear detection is super delayed. If this is fixed, this app is an easy 5 star of fixed and done correctly. Thanks.

From first glance the layout of the app is simple and user friendly but it could have a couple more features as a volume adjustment by tap. Also when you open the case it is pretty slow at showing the battery life and won't show the case life after it's been closed. Ear detection is also a bit slow to recognize whether it's in or out. The app needs to have more customization for what the taps do and for which ear and 4 taps seems a bit much 3 could suffice. Overall it's good needs a couple tweaks

Works really well! Beautiful notification, popup and app interface. However, after connecting my Airpods to a friend's iPhone and playing with the settings there, the right bud doesn't listen to the tapping commands I set. I also first had to fiddle around with turning the app on and off, since the iPhone settinrs were programmed... If these little things can be improved, the app deserves 5 stars!

This is the best app for airpods. The UI (both popup and notifcation) looks the best out of any. The ear detection (which I don't use personally) is slow, but still 2x faster than a different app I tried. Changing the 2x and 4x taps works well, and the spy gimmick is kinda cool but doubt I will ever use it My only wish is that the "Updated at xx:xx" in the notification would not be there. As it seems to update every minute it iscompletely useless and it'd look much cleaner without that text!

App works well! Displays battery percentage for both airpods pro and case accurately. The ear detect feature is my only gripe. It is quite delayed from when I take one out to when the media is paused. Android 10 on the pixel 4 you have to enable draw over other apps if you want the pop-up to display percentage every time they connect. On any screen.

Edit: I contacted the developer about the auto start problem of the ear detection feature and thankfully it's solved ! the app works okay, but there's a delay with ear detection feature. wish the developers can work on that to be faster in response, and ear detect won't turn on unless you open the app

Very good! However, if you guys could add maybe 1,2,3,4 taps instead of the 2,4 taps. That would make this app amazing! Also if you could show the percentage on the airpods in the notification pop up, even if the phone is locked. Also have to unlock it to see. Thanks!!

First this app is decent, and works ALMOST flawlessly. Double and quad tap features work just fine and are responsive, but, the ear detect does absolutely nothing at all. Which is one of the main reason why I got airpods, the W1 sense chip. Please fix this and youve got yourself a 5 star

This app is trash. The notifications don't work properly and when they do it says the airpods are constantly connected when they're in the case... The battery isn't accurate. Nothing works properly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Works good but I can't make the difference between left tap and right tap. If you tap left or right earbud it does the same so you can go to next song with 4 taps in right earbud but you can't go to previous song with left tap. Also you can put volume up, but then you can't put volume down. It becomes useless.

It's not as good as using an apple iphone or ipad but it's a start and better than unpaid apps which are headaches to deal with... this app actually lets you change the double tap feature!!! But sometimes I dont see battery level when i open my case... If thay fix that I give 4.5 ... well I just changed my rating it seems they fixed it so it 4.5 now!!!

Actually the best Airpods app for control +2x and 4x tap actually work. I play/pause on 2x and Assistant 4x, works when any kind of media is playing +stylish app, pop up and notification with theming -dark mode doesn't match my dark theme (more options please!) -ear detection is slower than Materialpods

The clean and straightfoward design is appreciated. Setting it up is a breeze. The problem's that any control you set will stop working after a while. This includes the pop up and control settings for double or quadruple tapping, amd esr detection. Speaking of ear detection, there's a 2 second latency and isnt really practical. A cool feature is hearing assist which uses the microphone on your phone and boosts it. You can hear the smallest details but really theres no use for it.

ear detection doesn't work for me..spotify, Netflex on my pocof1... charging is totally wrong detective.( both pods in ear, and and i put left pod in case, it is displays right pod is charging. fact is right pod is in The Ear. which I'm using listening.. application is showing wrong charging.. Ear Detection i forget about this..but still u mention in app/ and playstore.. totally it's not value for money u provided.. not accurate we expect more than the iOS..values. u can do miracle. or *

Really easy to use and can use with any device. I have a Samsung. It lets you customize the tap preference and other stuff too. I love it! May even use it when I get an iPhone 11 in a couple months.

Works great for Gen1 airpods. Pro works too. Shows battery life and ear detect works fine. Tap doesn't work though which is fair enough as it's now squeeze and 3 different gestures instead of the one that standard airpods support.

This app adversely affects the volume level that you try to listen too. It automatically reduces the volume level by between 50 to 60% so that when you have the volume all the way up you can still barely hear the music.

Great app with minor annoyances, the app work great only annoyance I run into is sometimes the airpods show there active but nothing will play through them. To fix I have to put back in the case and wait about 10 seconds

Its cool because it let's you change the double and quadruple tap functions but the pop up never shows the battery of the airpods or the case, I have to go into the app and wait. I have a galaxy s8 and I've used other free apps that have a functional pop up

The interface is very eye-comfortable. the popup triggers every time I connect and it looks very much like Apple’s one. In ear detection has a semi-fast response and the notification is clear

This is first app which I paid for! Amazingly build App - fast and convenient - good UI and easy to use - I tried most of the similar apps and even thier PRO version and it wasn't even near to my expectations. The LIVE ASSIST make the app a 6 Star Rating! ONLY THING MISSING IS A SIMPLE WIDGET :)

Probably the best app for Androids to use airpods in terms of the airpods features and battery status combined. I would like the app to show the battery status of the case more easily but still satisfied.

just don't waste your money on this! It worked very well for the first couple of times but after a few times it just doesent work! You cant customize tap actions! You don't get pop ups! Nothing works until you open the app every single time! Instead go for free apps which will give you the same features

1 Total waste of money. 2 No ear detection (liars). 3 very very slow response. 4 forget about using the touch buttons on the airpods because thats another lie. 5 i hope they give me back my money and remove this app from playstore or make it free scam app as others. The application fails alot, the pop up notifications are too late and slow using it on huwaei mate 20 pro brand new By my opinion its a scam becase ear detection works never hhhhh. To playstore management this is your fault.

Annoying. I want to pause/play/skip music using my watch but I can't because this app is making my watch think it's a music player. since this app isnt, music control on my watch never works. fix this please

So far so good, I'm on day one of using the app, I like that you can change the double tap and quadruple tap features to play/pause or rewind which I do both a lot.

When app is installed and I try to use my car bluetooth audio for music, informations about song is not displayed on car stereo, "not provided" is shown instead. Once i removed app song info displayed instantly.

Does what it says it'll do. Better than I can say for other Airpod apps. Quadruple tap is a bit hit and miss - I think it depends on the player more than this app.

Ever since I installed this app, it randomly plays music even when airpod is disconnected (in housing). Uninstalled the app and the problem went away so this app definitely was the issue. Wasted $2.
